This company will make false claims on your security deposit, send you a list of items they want done before you turn in your keys and then charge you for them. DO NOT rent from them, they will give you the run around about your money. Very unethical company and I am in the process of taking them to court.

I moved out 4 months ago and still I have not received my security deposit refund. Just the complete run around stating: THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL!!!



Potential renters: RUN FAR FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.



Their score is a C- with the BBB for a reason. And actually it would be lower but they've managed to stay in business for many years...HOW? Because you don't know about their unprofessionalism, lack of communication and robbery until it's too late!!

In all my years in the military I have never come across a company this unprofessional!! I am just amazed how they do business!! I would would listen to the reviewers and go someplace else!

I was shown a house by a realtor from here. The listing said pets were okay but I have 4 pets and asked if she could speak w/the landlord to be sure it was okay. She said I just needed to turn in an applicatation to find out (any other agency called for me w/out any probs). I was told I would get my answer in 24-48 hrs so I payed the $105 app fee (for 3 adults) and didnt hear from anyone for three days until I called THEM. They ended up showing my app to the owner of the house after I called w/out collecting all of my information and I was turned down. No one told me they needed further info until AFTER the fact. So I faxed the rest of the info they needed and asked them to apply for a different house and I never heard from them again. I was RIPPED OFF! These people are TOTALLY unprofessional!
