carwash broke side mirror on brand new jeep. they didnt even offer an apology or refund. just some duct tape. stay away

When going through the wash (and following the standard "no brakes, hands off the wheel, etc" instructions) I heard a crunching sound so I gently re-centered the wheel and it stopped. That crunching was my wheel cover breaking into pieces, and the manager (who wouldn't come speak to me himself) refused to accept responsibility and even apologize. Don't go here! They let me drive off without my mats and obviously don't care about the customers who they rely on for business.
