I first went 8 months ago, needing a new battery, oil change, and some brake work. They had my truck all day, called and said it was ready. As I had not been here before I decided to see what battery they put in, thank god I did. They charged me for a new battery and the rest of the work, but there was no new battery. Additionally I still had break issues. Yet they charged me full price for everything. I walked right back inside and alerted the staff. After another day they kept and fixed my car. Major pain for me, and still paid full price for the inconvenience. Now, today I dropped it off needing power steering fluid, a new hose for power steering and a oil change. I reminded the SAME GUY working what happened last time and he actually said he remembered. I hoped the previous experience was an aberration, it was not. They had my truck three hours then called to tell me the same hose I told them needed replacing "needed replacing" thanks. I told them to go ahead and remember the oil change. Three more hours pass, they call me to say its ready. I reminded the guy about the oil change. He said I never said anything and they did not perform one. Luckily for them they actually did add power steering fluid and change the hose (I checked). But once again they wasted my time and didn't perform the asked for service. Luckily this time I did not have to pay for their mistake. Only the work actually done. If you're a college student or don't really know much about cars find some where else. This Sears auto has consistently screwed up now over the course of an 8 month period. If they get new management maybe there will be a difference, but don't waste your time or money here. If you do try them be sure to double check the work and your bill. I spoke with management and did not even inquire about a refund or percentage off. I let them know purely on principle what happened and that they would not be receiving any more business from me nor would I refer anyone to them. I also alerted the management to the review I would be leaving and wished them all the best in trying fix the obvious issues at this site. Use this sears at your discretion and be very wary
