I had Mike.C . install my water softener and he went above and beyond to install my system. A couple days ago I hired another plumber and he did a poor job And messed up the entire install. Red Cap Plumming aka Super Mike.C got my system up an running with no leaks and patched up the holes the previous plumber made.

I called Red Cap Plumbing and Air the other day because my ac wasn't working. Over the past week, the weather has been crazy; hot, and cold, then cold and hot. When I called in I spoke to Christen, she was very delightful, kind and she was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure my ac was fixed. They don't service my area, unfortunately. But she gave me a phone number for another company that does. That showed me that they care, she cared! I have never called a company who was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure my issue was taken care of. I really wish they had technicians in manatee county! Based on the great customer service I got over the phone, I can only imagine how great the service would have been, if they were able to come fix my ac. I will recommend Red Cap to ALL of my friends in Tampa! Thank you Christen for your professional, pleasant, helpful, EXCELLENT customer service! I called the company she referred me to and they helped me out. But I wanted to Thank you Christen and Red Cap and wanted to let everyone know how talking to Christen made my day!!

Riccardo, from Red Cap, came and installed a new disposal and water filter faucet. Wow!! This guy was EXCELLENT!! Professional, polite, thorough. The job was a total success. Everything was tested. As an aside, winds up that the water faucet that I had purchased from Lowes was defective, which Riccardo tested before installing. Since Lowes was nearby, I exchanged it while he was working on the disposal.

As far as Red Cap, I called and Riccardo was to my house in an hour!!! Are you kidding!! "Same hour service"!

Red Cap is my GOTO plumbing company. 5 Stars! And thank you Riccardo.

Had another service company out here two weeks ago called Pink Plumber. The guy said they fixed my issue, scratched up my toilet with their auger, and then charged me a fortune and told me I still needed to have them do a "roof extraction?" for an additional $600. I decided to call Red Cap before I spent that much.
Red Cap came out same day. Looked at it and ran a series of water flow tests (which the other guy never did). Said it was limited to the toilet since everything else was flowing through the outside drain. He came back in with an auger and fished out WetWipes and a few other nasty things from the toilet, and everything started working perfectly. John Guzman was professional and HONEST!!! they actually know what that word means HONEST. I am happy to say that my plumbing is working perfect now...unfortunately he says I will need to change out my toilet because it looks horrible from the other guys. I definitely have their card hanging on my fridge now...no one else will touch my plumbing. (OH Yeah, my A/C was not cooling, so the plumbing guy called out the AC guy, and they came out the same day too. Burn out contact, it's fixed too...I"m a happy camper today.) I can actually be nice and cool while i use my new "working" plumbing....yah!!

This is all about Jeremy Kimball,technician extraordinary. We had inquired about a tankless but Jeremy gave us a price of a tankless and a hybrid. We went with the hybrid and I think it will be the right choice.I had never heard of a hybrid, so thanks Jeremy for telling us about it.In efficiency mode it doesn't run much at all. Anxious for electric bills to see a difference. Enough about the product, let,s talk about Jeremy. Ihope he presented himself is the real deal. What a knowable tech. Polite,seems to care very deeply for the results of his work,and we are very, very satisfied with the results. Oh yes Red Cap bosses keep this man around. He must be a real asset to your business Thanks John Stickles

Red Cap Plumbing has top notch service and polite technicians. Our technician, Anselmo Betancourt is quick, polite and a professional. We had our water heater replaced and installed in a timely manner and he gave great advice. He went well beyond the service; he quickly replaced our leaking toilet plastic valve with a better one and said it was not a problem. Not to forget, their customer service quickly scheduled us a service in a couple hours after we called that night but had to put it off in the morning. First thing the next day, Anselmo was in the house punctually.

We put some uncooked rice in the garbage disposal and it stopped up the drain. We called Red Cap Plumbing and Mike came to our rescue. With his professionalism and patience had our drain flowing again. May have saved our marriage!

While googling for a plumber stumbled on Red Cap with really good ratings so I called them. Scheduled a visit over the phone, they told me they will waive the 29.95 trip charge. The technician was punctual and polite, he open the shower, went in and out several times and said it will be $293 to calliberate the cartridges is that ok? I agreed assuming that the reason I called them in the first place will be fixed. Later I was told the problem is NOT fixed, and I need to replace the entire shower and was given an estimate for $3480. I was given an invoice for $293 which stated "attempted to fix". I was told I have to pay for their time which will be reimburse if I have them do the bigger job. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. More than the money I felt ripped off. In the end I was worse off than when I started and had to pay them $293 for that. I don't see the fairness in that. Companies that behave in this manner are self defeating.

Our technician Carl Mirabile was excellent! The company was very timely in responding to our problem on such short notice which was amazing! Our technician Carl was very professional, very knowledgable, and did accurate quick work. He was able to solve our problem in no time flat and I would highly recommend him and Red Cap to anyone with a plumbing need. That you so much for all your help Carl!!

We have used Red Cap Plumbing over the last few years. The service has been prompt and thorough. This project was much more complicated. Our technician was very helpful in planning what we wanted. Charles Glover explained the options and used no pressure. He explained the time involved and cost. Mr Glover was a true professional the complete time he was at our home. Based on this day long completed project, we are going to have him do a complete bathroom from installing pipes to major enlarging the space. Mr Glover and other technicians from Red Cap never use pressure. They do a great job on each project which gives us confidence. We will continue with Red Cap !!

I called Red Cap at midnight because I had a blockage in my sewer line. First thing the next morning Nick was at my house. Very professional and personalbe. Nick explained all of my price options for resolving my issue. Because I do not know the location of my cleanout, Nick had to go up on the roof (the alternative being to remove a toilet and go in that way). Normally no big deal, but I have a tile roof. I signed a waiver saying I would not hold Red Cap responsable if any tiles got broken in the process. Not only were no tiles broken, but Nick got his equipment on the roof and got the job done without so much as a footprint. Thank you Red Cap for fixing my problem in a timely manner and at a rate that I felt was very reasonable.
