Oak Emporium

I typically do not write a lot of reviews, but I was/am extremely pleased with my beautiful dining table/chairs and the great customer service I received at Oak Emporium, believe they deserve a nice review. I purchased a table and ten chairs. It took longer than I expected or wanted; however, it was worth the wait. I was told at purchase the furniture is made to my specifications and would take about four months. It took 3 + visits to finally decide on the size and design of my table/chairs and numerous calls and questions to Oak Emporium. Rick, the sales person, met with me several times and always responded to my numerous phone calls and questions; he always remembers my name. He was very patient and knowledgeable-- he went above and beyond to help me come to a final decision. He explained why I should add the extra extension, as we have a large extended family and entertain frequently. This has been the one of the best decisions I have made regarding furniture. I will be back when ready to replace our master bedroom furniture. The furniture is sturdy ( has to be-we have 4 young boys) and made to last. I highly recommend them. Thank you for the great service and beautiful furniture.

Ordered A King bed from here and I must say, I'm very please with the quality. Real solid wood and they delivered my bed the day as promised. I will be ordering my new living room entertainment center from them real soon.

They took our money and gave us an expected delivery time of 6-8 weeks but its been nearly 6 months and they haven't delivered. We ordered a dining room set and the table came in but the chairs are missing in action. Many times, they have told us that the chairs are "on the truck" for delivery the following week but they never arrived. They've tried to get us to take delivery of the table alone but we need the full set and we don't have room to store an extra table while we wait. They've stopped returning calls and we've heard nothing for over a month. I don't know how they stay in business.
