Yesterday Jesus Alvarez and his team did an installation of my Goodman A/C. Throughout the job he showed his professionalism and knowledge of the product as well as the principles of air conditioning. I am very pleased with the results! But let me say how it all began for me with a broken AC system the day before. I called your company as well as another but the other failed to respond. Jesus called within 15 minutes of my calling your company for help! Even though he had a very busy schedule Jesus dropped by to look at my broken system. In a matter of minutes he had pin pointed the problem. I had done some research and I really liked the Goodman products. Jesus made a few suggestions based on my needs and the size of my house and again Jesus showed me that I was dealing with a very knowledgeable person. So after a few more minutes I made my decision on a Goodman product and wanted Jesus Alvarez to do the installation. You are very lucky to have such an AC Technician who knows his stuff, loves his work and is very courteous with customers. After the installation was completed he stuck around to ensure everything with the AC was running smoothly. He also pointed out that I should go online to the Goodman manufacturing web site to register my units so I can have the warranties that were available to me. I did this this morning. But most important I want to let the directors of the Melo Air know that Jesus Alverez went beyond the call of duty in how he handled my installation and answered all my concerns. Thank you, Jesus and all who were involved with my installation. Yes, thanks for a job well done!

I am not from Tampa but have a couple rentals there. I ended up calling Melo Air after I could not get a response from the contractor I have been dealing with the past couple years. They answered the phone right away and had a technician Tony at the residence the same day. It ended up being well into the evening and he had a replacement motor on his truck. I don't think I was charged any overtime and the rate seemed reasonable. We'll call him the next time the air conditioner goes down.
