I originally went to a big chain retailer for my wedding gown (ignoring the bad reviews online) and was stunned by the experience... or should I say lack there of. The minute I stepped through the doors of Jon's Bridal I knew my wedding dress shopping experience at Jon's would be entirely different. After meeting and talking with my consultant, Rebecca, about my wedding and what I envisioned it being off we went to the racks to select dresses to try on. They are very protective of their dresses and keep them in excellent condition. No tears, make up stains, or brown spots like you find at other places.
After going through about 3 dresses Rebecca knew EXACTLY what I was looking for and was a great help at selecting gowns. She helped me pull dresses while staying in budget and encouraged me not to limit my search and to try on a variety of gowns. Rebecca made trying on dresses fun, exciting, and relaxing at the same time (what a job!) She had great advice and was extremely personable. After about 5 minutes of trying on dresses I felt like I was shopping with an old friend. Consultants help you put on, zip up, and admire every dress at Jon's. They never leave you alone, lost, and wondering where they disappeared to. The service here is truly exceptional! Rebecca helped me weigh the pros and cons of all my options (SO many options at Jon's) and asked me to rate every dress I tried on from 1-10 according to my heart (too cute!). I do not hesitate to rate her and Jon's Bridal a 10!

My three daughters and I went to Jon's to find a Bridal gown. My oldest daughter found her gown there two years ago so we started there. Our consultant, Gigi, was very helpful. My daughter is very petite and we were concerned about the number of gowns that would fit her. She had a good selection. Gigi took our magazine photos and brought dresses that fit what we wanted. The SECOND dress was the winner! A good experience and very exciting to take the dress home with us!

I made a ""VIP"" appointment and came in on a rainy Tuesday morning, and I, along with my group, couldn't believe this was the place. My mom even considered turning around because the road was so sketchy! But onwards we went - and I'm so glad we did!
My consultant was Rebecca, and I think she takes her role as ""fairy godmother"" very seriously. She had a very sweet demeanor and promised a wonderful experience. She asked me details about the wedding, the type of dress I wanted, etc, and explained that at Jon's it is off the rack - in today, and gone tomorrow. Into the racks we went, and she pulled dresses she and I liked, along with a few my group liked.
At first, I was thinking that she hadn't heard me properly about the type of dress I wanted - I liked the dresses, but they weren't what I saw for my wedding. I'm 90% sure she was making certain that I didn't want the ""fairy tale"" dress, rather than an informal one. After about 5 dresses, I strapped on a dress that I would probably never consider, but it was PERFECT. Essentially, the grown up, fancy version of the dress I had in my mind.
Rebecca was very professional, upbeat and yes, a little fairy godmother-esque. I really enjoyed her demeanor, and you can tell she's been doing this for a long time. Despite the appearance of the location, Jon's overdelivered and was under budget!

It was a wonderful experience from the start. It was a rainy Sunday afternoon and I randomly decided to go dress shopping.Usually the bride to be has it all planned out I did at a later date but didnt wait. So I called Jon's the same day and they got me right in. my sales person was amazing to she listened to what I like and wanted and even gave me adivce. I felt like a princess with the one on one I had there. I Am so happy that I bought my dress there and all my friends know to go there.

I was stopped from even going into Jon's bridal by the service I received on the phone when I called to make an appointment. When I first called, the voice on the other end was very cheerful and eager to help! I was excited to go visit and find the perfect dress; however, as the brief conversation continued, I couldn't believe what I heard. As she asked me questions regarding my wedding (date, my size, etc...) we got to my budget. Since the groom and I are paying for our own wedding entirely, I have a tight budget and needed to be sensible on what I spent on a dress. Once she heard by budget of around $500, I was told that I didn't even need to make an appointment to come in that I was free to shop in the ""special"" room for discounts and clearance. WHAT?!?! Just because I am not spending $1000 plus, I don't deserve the SAME service as someone who could afford so??? I was appalled! Needless to say, I did not find my dress there....I did not even bother going! ! I have a few friends planning a wedding right now and I have most certainly let them know how they will be treated if they are on a budget! I am happy to report that they both took my advice and went elsewhere!! Proven point that it pays to be polite even on the phone. The place that I DID get my dress encouraged me to get a $99 dress! They were incredibly helpful and excited for me to find bargains in their shop!!

Although there is a good selection of dresses, the customer service at Jon's Bridal is terrible. When I went there to look at dresses and then to pick mine up, the ladies at the front counter were rude to me and my family. They were not happy and had a bad attitude, like they didn't want to be there-definitely not cheerful at all.
I paid for half of my wedding dress, then came back about a week later to pay off the rest and take it home. When I went there, they could not find my dress, but then realized it was under a different name. Then when I wanted to try it on for one last time, the lady rudely told me that they do not let anyone try on already paid for dresses on the weekend! (Even though is was not crowded at all!) She made me feel like I was wasting her time for wanting to make sure dress the same one! I just wanted to make sure it was the exact dress that I half purchased-since they misplaced it. I spent nearly $2,000.00 on the dress and the veil I wanted to make sure the dress was in great condition. Now what if I took the dress home and noticed that a bead (s) was missing, it was the wrong size, or there was a hole in it. I am sure if I went back to return it, they would have told me, didn't you try it on before you took it home? There is no way I am going back there. I am still stunned at the way they treated me.

I had been to 2 other bridal stores: one was a boutique, where the dresses were all too small to see what they really looked like on, and the service was relaxed. The other was a BIG CHAIN that left me feeling overwhelmed and disappointed.
I knew a friend who had gotten her dress at Jon's, so I decided to go with my mom and future mother-in-law. I worked with Denise. Even though I had an idea of what I wanted, I didn't give her too much info on my ideas because I wanted to keep an open mind. She asked me how I wanted to look on my wedding day. I told her ""romantic and elegant."" She took me to one section where I picked out 4 dresses. She laughed and told me I had picked all the same designer.
I was so relieved that all the dresses actually fit so I could really see what I would look like on my wedding day. And the dressing room experience was a thousand times better than at the chain store. At the chain store, the sales woman's irritation was palpable as she rushed me in and out of several dresses that did not fit my description of what I was looking for at all. With Denise, she gave me specific instructions on how to get in and out of the dress and then we chatted like friends as she helped me change from dress to dress. It was such a calm and pleasant experience.
As I modeled each dress, Denise gave insightful and helpful comments. She used to be a photographer and used this experience to help me plan what would look best in pictures on my wedding day. She also gave both ""moms"" and quick photography lessons and taught all of us how to properly pose for photos. My mom, mother-in-law and I agreed that we would use her advice on the big day and it would be our little inside joke.
I got overwhelmed choosing the dress and could not immediately commit to a veil. Denise left this alone, but just before I was going to leave, I decided to choose a veil and she helped me with this as well.
My mom, mother-in-law, and I are each very different people but we all loved Denise and the whole experience at Jon's.
Thank you so much, Denise and Jon's. You will be another memory I treasure when I think about the journey to marriage. :)

This is the first place I should have started on my quest to find the right dress. I went in a little under the weather because I could find MY dress and with my price range. Well I had Tessie as my consultant she was awesome! She was so patient even though my appointment started to extend beyond my alotted time, she made sure I found my perfect dress. Through this experience I will send every bride I know to Jon's just to save them the time and aggrivation. Keep up the good work Jon's Bridal.

I purchased my dress from Jons bridal one month ago and just picked it up today! What a WONDERFUL experience! I had shopped at one store before this one and it was awful, my mom was helping me put on dresses in a typical small fitting room, NO HELP from attendant. We (my entire Bridal party, and MOMS) went to Jons Bridal directly after the first place! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Tessie helped me out, which you would think bringing a party of 12 in with you she would be overwhelmed, nope she handled us PERFECT! I showed he styles of dresses I liked and she pulled exactly what I was looking for, SHE helped me put them on, buttoned, zipped, and bustled, not my mom. I found the perfect dress, which she had me try on at least 3 times just to be sure. She didn't seem interested if we wasted her time she genuinely CARED about me, my thoughts, and how I felt in the dress. She was AWESOME! As I picked up my dress today, I couldn't have asked for another great experience! So helpful and educated me on my dress. I will hands down send everyone to JONS BRIDAL!! Best service EVER!
