worst pharmacy ever

This place should be closed for good. The manager is a liar. She was overcharging my insurance and making me pay. I turned her into medicare. She always blamed things on her staff.. does no one there have a license or certification? They all look like illegal workers! The manager/owner should be held accountable. She rried to get me to go to her Dr's office where they proceeded to bill my insurance for things not performed and gave me prescriptions to of course, be filled there! Isnt that a conflict of interest.. I bet there are tons of illegal shady things that happen there. That owner needs to be held accountable for her theft!! charged and her license taken away.

Terrible, DO NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!

I saw a doctor at this location and the office staff convinced me it would be easiest to get my meds filled there too. NO. For one thing they had NO idea how to handle either my insurance or my husbands insurance (we have different carriers) One time I got a prescription filled there, they told me my insurance wouldn't cover it and I had to pay for it. The next time, it was covered by my insurance. Then the third time they wanted me to pay for it again. The same goes for a prescription of Adderall I needed filled for adhd and depression. She (pharmacy manager) convinced me it would be easiest to fill there. I told her I had been having trouble finding pharmacys who carried it because the US is currently going through a shortage of it, but she assured me they would be able to fill it. The first month I brought it in they were able to fill it and I didn't have to pay for it, my insurance covered it. But the next month I was given the run around until I was finally told that my insurance didn't pay them enough for it so I would have to pay out of pocket for it. I told her that I hadn't had a problem last month filling it with them but she shrugged that off and said her office staff just hadn't noticed the discrepancy. When I told her that other pharmacy's filled it and never had a problem with my insurance she said I had told her no other pharmacies would take my insurance for it either. When I corrected her and told her that no, I had said I had a hard time finding a pharmacy who had it in stock and COULD fill it but when i did they always took my insurance she lied to me and said that the other pharmacy's only said they were out of it because my insurance didn't pay them enough. When I asked how much it would be if I just paid for it she told me it was almost $100. When I called other pharmacies that had the adderall in stock but that did not accept my insurance carrier they quoted me a price that was less than half of that. Finally I realized the reason my insurance wouldn't pay freedom ""enough"" is because they tried to grossly overcharge the insurance company. As for my husbands meds they never can seem to get his right either and every time we pay with a flex card at freedom pharmacy the flex card company demands receipts, however when we use it anywhere else (walgreens cvs etc) they never ask for reciepts. Also the pharmacy woman convinced my husband to try their ""compound"" of one of his meds and it did not work at all. When he told her this she told him to try taking two at once and see how that worked. Once again, not at all and we had to argue forever to get a refund for them.
