Cruz and Cruz Accountant

Horrible attention and too long of a wait. Would not recommend it.

This is my second yr coming to Cruz & Cruz. It has been fine for me, you have to wait for extended periods of time. That does not bother me because they give you a great refund, better than anyone else. That is how they build there clientele. The minute you get your W-2, that Saturday go to Cruz and Cruz on W. Waters and be there at 7-8am, so you could the be the first one there. If you do have an appointment or it's going to be a long time from when you get your W-2 and then your appointment I suggest doing what i said. I got there 8am, I was served at 11am, Make sure you wake up early to get something to eat and something to drink, bring music, a friend, etc.. It's worth the WAIT...

This is the worse tax company you can find en tampa. you call them, and the phone is always busy or they awnser and dont talk, so if you want to do your taxes please dont do them with this people. Pendejos que son...
