I went to Courtesy Toyota in Brandon Fl. to replace a tire .The advisor told me the tire had not available. (Bridgestone Turanza El 400) I said no problem I get the tire. The mechanic replacement tire but damage the wheel ( alloy wheel ).It caused damage to the alloy wheel, scratches everywhere , stupid guy.Toyota is a good car but the service is a nightmare.

It was a great experience. Beth was obviously very competent and friendly. The test drive showed how great the Corolla LE is. After a few days of consideration I returned to buy the car. Certainly giving me a better interest rate than a credit union was impressive. Love the car. Thanks for having such great people working at Toyota such as Beth, your managers and Denny the financial man who wound up everything.

At every appointment, I am greeted by a pleasant service rep and my car is taken in immediately. If you choose to wait, there is a comfortable lounge. If you want to leave to do errands, as I often do with my husband, the rep will call you to either tell you what needs to be done and/or to let you know the car is ready. The condition of the car is explained as are the charges, and the checkout process is fairly swift. I have had five or six Toyotas over the years, and this is the best service facility that I have used, My current car was purchased here, and that was a pleasant experience as well.

Every time I come in to Courtesy Toyota for ToyotaCare service, I am treated courteously and efficiently. I usually come in the latter part of the day, between 4-6pm. My experience with Courtesy Toyota for purchasing new Sienna 2015, was very pleasant & hassle free. Christopher Meyer from sales helped me to make the purchase at reasonable price. I went for the test drive during evening hours, and after the purchase, next day I noticed the leather on the passenger side seat was slightly brushed off. Also while changing the temperature inside the cabin, I could hear bee buzzing noise. Christopher was very helpful in addressing these complaints, & involved his sr. Manager to address those. I am about to visit the dealership in couple of weeks to correct these problems as promised by Christopher & his manager. Xio from account was very quick to explain me all loan options & complete the sale. Overall it was an excellent experience purchasing new vehicle from Courtesy.

Worst experience at this dealership for servicing. When you go in for regular maintenance they think up a list of things your car needs or doesn't really need and try to get over on you. This is not a simple, honest place to get your car serviced. I went in for an oil change and one of the shady characters that worked there came out and showed me a list of things my car supposedly needed totaling almost $2,000. My response was 'Are you Crazy?' I avoid Courtesy Toyota. The service department is dishonest.

Great new car buying experience

I buy a car every three years. This is the first time I have conducted business with Courtesy Toyota. I checked out their inventory and prices online. Great selection and Great prices. See what you can do at another dealer and I bet you will get a better price at Courtesy. I dealt with Albert and Robert in the Internet office. They made things quick and easy. I didn't have a trade in so I know that made things easier. John in finance even made things easy and stress free. Just a great bunch of people. I would check them out. I will be going back and referring my family and friends. The owner obviously cares about his customers satisfaction.
