The process of selecting the perfect wedding gown comes with a lot of excitement, securities, insecurities, stress, and sometimes, unexpected turns! To make my long story short, I was the owner of 4 amaturely cut wedding gown pieces (from 2 separate dresses) just 10 days before my USA departure to my destination wedding! On countdown day 10, I was very fortunate to come across the telephone number of a seamstress in the Tampa Bay area; at the time I was too anxious to explain my wedding gown crisis in detail but made it clear to the seamstress that I only had 10 days to put together a sole gown made out of 2 different wedding dress pieces. "Come in, I'll take a look at it, and I'll see what we can do" were her words in a very calm and reassuring tone. That same day, I made the trip to meet with her and left her store feeling as light as a feather, with no doubts and full trust in her work. Roya impressed me with her humble CONFIDENCE in her work, her PROFESSIONALISM and most importantly her ability to LISTEN to what I wanted and DELIVER with 100% accuracy! I could not believe the end result and her calm demeanor throughout the entire process. The wedding gown was stunning and received many many compliments.. If only they knew what it had gone through.. Im so happy that I found Roya on yellow pages. I was late to my apointment and she fit me in and was just extremely understanding. I had to bring my 3 year old son to my first fitting and she was so patience with him. My plus size wedding dress was pretty when I bought it but very ill fitting. She turned my wedding gown into something gorgeous and the fit was perfect. I really wanted to cry she did such a great job. I will come back to her for any alteration needs. I LOVE ROYA!!!! I found her on the internet and called to see if she could alter my wedding dress. Not only did she alter my wedding dress, she made my wedding dress the most beautiful dress EVER. I contacted Roya by phone back in September 2011 when I was searching for someone to do my wedding gown alterations. Being a plus-size bride, I had some reservations and concerns but as I got into conversation with Roya, I immediately sensed her professionalism, honesty, warm personality, and experience with wedding dresses. I instantly booked my appointment with her. When I met her, she made me feel very welcome and I really enjoyed my first fitting! Her customer service and knowledge about wedding gowns, far, far exceeded my expectations! When I mentioned that I had not yet acquired a wedding veil or jewelry, she mentioned that she could make my wedding veil and obtain jewelry to match my wedding gown. I ordered my veil and jewelry from her and they are a perfect match to my dress. My wedding is now one week away and I am confident that I will look beautiful in my wedding gown…and all because of Roya!

I loved my experience with Roya! She is a true professional who is dedicated and passionate about her craft. When I first met Roya, I was immediately convinced that she was the only one that could alter my dress to my liking. Roya was so patient with me going through several bustle combinations until we the found the one that I envisioned. My dress was a vintage lace beaded gown, empire waist , with cap sleeves in ivory champagne color. The dress needed to be taken out after the first fitting because it was too small. It was tight around the rib cage, hips, and rear. Roya was able to open the dress and made all the alterations needed to make the dress fit the way I dreamed it would. The second fitting the dress was perfect. Then came the week before the wedding! I lost so much weight that when I did the last fitting the dressed was too big! Roya was able to calm me down with her gentle smile and letting me know it wasn't a problem for her to alter it till it fits perfectly again. She didn't let me leave with my dress until I was 100% satisfied. I thank Roya so much for being a big part of my wedding and making me feel beautiful on that special day.

Very Experienced! I had a dress sewn and altered by Roya she is a sweet woman, excellent craftmenship, does exactly what you tell her and will give you honest opinion if she don't think it would benefit you. ROYA IS THE BEST PROFESSIONAL!! I first met Mrs. Roya at a Bridal Store 8 years ago when I needed a hem to my formal gown. I was satisfied with her service and welcoming personality, therefore I returned to challenge her with a much detailed project in such a short period of time. She is a very kind, honest, and patient woman, who listened to my ideas and CREATED her vision from scratch. The alteration became a CREATION and she created the most eloborate Formal Jacket to compliment my designer formal gown with extensive embroidery! If you were to see this jacket with it's heavy beading and lace that she sewed by hand from scratch, you would believe it came with the gown! I then returned to her with another occasion, my brother's wedding in which I approached Mrs. Roya with the ULTIMATE task, to recreate a dress with the material provided. I explained my vision, my expectations, and Roya was LIMITLESS with her design and extravagance!! She literally took apart a heavily embroidered formal gown, and created its design from patches!! That is when I discovered her talent in great depth with unconditional boundries!! She doesn't just alterate, she envisions and transcends her vision into a Creation. Roya is definitely TOP SHELF when it comes to her creations, she is a designer, a Mother, a good friend, and most of all, Loyal to her customers.
