I just wanna take the opportunity to personally thank Maria Seneca for all her help and understanding in addressing my situation with my account and property questions. She took an extremely tense scenario, which I was completely frazzled” and just made it all better. I was in no way a fan of an HOA but after Maria took the time to assist me with my account and explain exactly how HOA’s work, I’ve changed my point of view completely. I only hope that the principles of Avid know what an asset Maria is to their company. I urge more people in my situation to contact Maria Seneca with their property and account issues. Our property manager Rhonda Coy is in one word FABULOUS !!!
She is extremely knowledgeable,skillful and has an ability to deal with homeowners that is unbelievable. Her character and integrity is something we all love considering our previous management company lacked all of the above. Avid also has great CS staff that attends to all your needs on your first call without hesitation.

Rhonda gets the job done. It is a pleasure to work with her. She has done more work in the last year than our previous property manager had ever done. Very happy to have her working for us.

Rhonda is a breath of fresh air! She is positive and light hearted. She is also knowledgeable, realistic and cost conscious. I appreciate her follow through. Managing any community is a million details. she is always kind to the frequent callers yet able to set limits. She is also open to my input and direction as I seek to better my community.
