Jordan is the absolute best ever!Before meeting Jordan we were denied for a mortgage loan because another lender's underwriter considered a capital gains income not to be enough documented, e.t.c. We waisted almost two months just to get this. Then we found Jordan and it all changed. We sent an application request, and in seconds we received call from his office. Next day we were meeting with Jordan and his team. From the beginning, Jordan impressed us with both his transparency, and his knowledge of the field. Whole process was simple. Everyone was available on the phone or email and responded to us within minutes! Seller's addendum to extend was soon to expire, we were under time pressure. Guess what? We closed ahead of schedule! Never ever seen anything like this before, working with other highly professional mortgage lenders! Jordan is the absolute best ever! He is on top of everything! I was very impressed with Audi and his team. They have not only helped me, but have done a great job with my clients as well. There team closed on our mortgage loan in 13 days! Also, not having the best credit in the world, he was able to get me qualified! I highly recommend Audi and Homeside!!!
I called this company to get a VA home loan and they said I need a 680 to get a VA home loan. That is a lot of bull! I would tell you my lowest score was in the mid 660and a high score of 750. I called another company with in the same hour I call Veterans United home loans told them what they said and I was immediately pre-approved. I call kelly and told her that I was going with someone else since she said no and she asked with who and I said the company name and she made the mistake most business owners should never do. She said you will be back they always mess up loans. I would like to say that the other lender had my paperwork in order and I am now in my new home 2017 in three weeks for $270k. The only reason I am taking the time to write this is because they just sent me a letter in the mail that said they were not able to get me into a new home because I needed some credit help! I would never recommend this company to any Vets, if you are buying new go thought the lender, for a 270k home I put down $ 500 and they paid the closing cost. this is the worst company I have ever deal with for home loans!
I chose Jordan based on the amazing Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, I think they must be faked because Jordan is the worst mortgage broker I have ever worked with. Jordan’s team follows the classic over promise and under deliver. If you have 8 weeks to wait and close, call him, otherwise there are tons of other Brokers out there willing to provide excellent customer service.
I was very happy to have been referred to this establishment. It has never been a short or easy task to re finance but they went out of their way to make the re finance - simple, quick and one of the best things I did for myself. I saved money and ended up with a little extra to spend on things around the house.
I wanted to Refi my mortgage, I thought our banking institution would be the best way to go but OMG was I WRONG! They were charging me about 35% more then I found here with Principal Eagle, I am so happy my friend told me about Andrea she is fantastic! She is such a professional and dream to work with. Andrea answered our questions before we could even ask them...WOW and her customer service is A+++ We will be sure to tell ALL our family and friends about her services. This company constantly spams me with calls to my cell phone from multiple ever-changing anonymous numbers and sends me numerous unwanted texts. You'd have to be crazy to get involved with company using these business practices!
After getting prequalified we had to postpone closing so many times we didn't want to make the purchase anymore. It was an absolutely horrible experience. With as much money as they're making off every loan, they should've made sure they requested all documents from all parties in a timely manner. And they tell you they will call you back but they don't. You'll have to keep calling and calling. Do yourself a favor and run far away from this company.
Owner of Home-Land Mortgage, is Vicki Kennison, located at: 6804 N. Armenia Ave. suite # 5, Tampa, FL. 33604. She has stolen from many victims in the U.S.A. Mortgage & Foreclosure fraud. Fraudulent & Predatory loan. Criminal activity, Business malpractice, & Harassment. I have copied & printed all of my documents & evidence. I have also copied & printed all of her other mortgages & foreclosures, via clerk/court search. This private lender has defrauded many others in the Florida region. Including, Hillsborough, Pasco, & Pinellas Counties (FL). She has had many different companies, in many other states. She has used at least five different aliases. She has been defrauding people, since 1974. I have found fraud, in most of my documents & fraud in her other victim’s loans. I have highlighted specific FL. Statutes that she has violated. She forged notary signatures. Purposely preyed on me with a hard equity loan. She made my mom sign off on the title. She inflated my income, in order to make me qualify for loan. She also hid previous liens. She was not my original lender. She did an assignment of mortgage, and did not inform me. She refused my pymts, which allowed her to foreclose. She took advantage of me because she knew that I have a brain tumor, Hyperprolactinemia, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety Disorder, & a bad heart. I was crying, while I was signing the paperwork, in her office. She knew that the grandparents & State had just taken my son from me, because of false allegations made by the grandparents. This was done out of revenge, because my son's dad had taken his life in 2002. I have children, three grandchildren, & my elderly mother is disabled. We will all be homeless. She is claiming that I owe money, that I have proof that I do not owe. I am on disability benefits. I am barely able to afford my bankruptcy home pymts. My bankruptcy case was dismissed last year due to this. She conTicktin law group did not inform me of the trial nor sale date. (I have documented evidence to this). I lost my trial, & had to get the sale reversed, myself. I have saved many phone calls the lender had made. I have a DVD disk full of abusive, threatening, and harassing phone calls. The lender had called both my family and me. she also had others call me and threaten me. I have tried contacting government agencies. I have even contacted news channels, etc. Newschannel8, "Stacie", stated that, "if I ever win lawsuit against her, or gather more victims, she will broadcast my story on TV."I have been in courts over these cases, since 2003. I have an appeal in Lakeland for foreclosure/mortgage case. My family and I will be homeless. I cannot afford to move. I bought this with my grandparents inheritance money left to my mother and me. My credit is ruined due to this. She even admitted to the trustee in court, of harassment, and fraud. She bullied my mom, my daughter. In addition, my tenants who were renting from me. This is a two party state and the judge would only allow a warrant for a wiretap. In addition, if she would trick me in court, wouldn’t she trick me in a mortgage as well?
Working with Catherine has been a complete nightmare! We purchased a new home and were scheduled to close today but cannot due to her incompetence. We provided her all of our documentation in August of 2012 and we are still waiting for underwriting to finalize the loan because she sent all the paperwork last minute. She does not answer phone calls or emails. I have to follow up time after time just to confirm she got the information she requested. Don't let DHI tease you with closing cost credit. The 5k credit is not nearly enough to cover the stress she has caused us. The above posted could not be more correct- Stay away from this slacker!
