Love the wings and the food
This place reminds me of Arizona and New Mexico, they have that very diverse taste of the south, without the bother of really going there. They really captured the whole experience with their food and the decorations and atmosphere.
I like that they have astounding seating in here. There is positively love in this place. Love for southern cuisine and the love for their customers.
Went to Las Palmas tonight for dinner. The food was pretty good and the place has a nice appearance. But I have to give them one star. The problem was that I don't enjoy having to listen to a squealing child during my entire meal. The worst part is that the child was not a customer, she belonged to one of the staff as she and her older sister, maybe 5 or 6 years old, were both behind the service counter the whole time. On top of the squealing, the big sister kept turning the volume up way too high on the background music. As I said, good enough food but I won't be going back for about 6 years or so, after the kids grow up a little or they can leave them at home with a sitter.Addendum: Just got a response from the owner, what a vulgar vocabulary, no wonder his kids act like banshees. Total lack of class.
Great food and service!!! Visited from out of town and had the Doner! Also met the new owner and she was a beautiful amazing woman!!!! Best wishes to you!!!! Thank you! XO
I finally decided to try this place and I was surprised. I don't eat red meat so I had no interest, but my boyfriend took me here. The Assistant Mgr. Mike actually introduced me to the menu and that I could substitute any burger with a vegan, veggie or turkey patty! Now I love this place. All the staff is welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel special and accommodate your requests. Thank you Asst. Mgr. Mike!
Family has enjoyed this restaurant for years. Located in the middle of a neighborhood overlooking the water. Every meal with my parents I get to hear a "Nade" story about their high school days and when it was a drivie-in. Food is always fresh and they have a huge menu. We love the grouper and my kids love the fried shrimp.
Wanting to impress my family, I was looking for a good night club where we could enjoy Spanish music and dance in the Tampa area. I was told about Mojitos and decided to give it a shot. We all were very disappointed with our overall experience there. First, even if you dine in their restaurant, you must pay $10 per person if you want to stay in their club, which is not worth your money. I mean, the place is very small and the service is horrible. We waited longer than 1 hour to be served because they said there was only 1 chef at the location. We ordered Mojitos and some drinks. They were so bad that we ended up returning all drinks. We have had those drinks before so we know how it should taste. We decided to buy a couple of bottles of wine so the bill was quite high for what we ate, more than $300. for 8 people. Most of us order an appetizer and 1 didn't eat anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you don't care about the service and drinks. Music was ok.
You got to meet these perfect 10 Hooters babes, they are drop dead gorgeous!
Special fish on the menu was good. Everything else was bad. Cooked my steak wrong twice and gave me my glass of wine for free. I am not really picky about my steak but I can not eat it medium well or rare and that is what i got. My shrimp I ate, but they were overcooked and dry. The shrimp was supposed to be marinated, but they simply had a sauce poured over part of them after they were over grilled!
