2 stars because this a good/bad review and I can't give 2.5... and as we all know, one bad experience makes all the good go out the window. This is now the 2nd bad experience with service. I purchased my truck here in 14' and have since referred 3 people whom has purchased cars here. Frank Diaz and the sales team are great. A real pleasure to deal with. The service department however could use some polishing. Working in service myself, situations that are allowed in their service department wouldn't fly in my field service office. The first incident we had was one of the advisers (Chris whom I just found out is no longer there. Not surprised) belittling my wife when she took the truck in for service. Treating her like "A female in a truck dealership" I called the dealership and it went all the way up to the Director Shay whom called me back and was very polite and made us both feel better about the situation and the actions that "would be taken" to correct the issue. If those "actions" were ever put into motion, we'll never know. Today my wife is being denied an oil change we already paid for. The last time I took my truck in for service I was sold an oil change package which consisted of 2 oil changes. Apparently (unbeknownst to me) these packages expire. She was told our package CONVENIENTLY just expired. I may have, who knows. Instead of the dealership making this right, they would rather lose a customer and take a bad review on Google. It's only $20 or $30 but it's principle at this point. I already paid for this in a package, I'm not paying for it again. Luckily, I drive by 2 other Dodge Chrysler dealers to get to this one. Over $20, we will not be back for service nor to buy more vehicles.*****UPDATE*****So my wife just called me and told me the Director Shay just came down and chewed out the adviser (Rob). I asked if that happened in front of her and she told me the adviser told her it happened. I can't think of anything more unprofessional than to relay to the customer you were just disciplined. Additionally, she told me the techs in the shop were having a great time playing with my on-board air management system and blowing my train horns. My truck was brought in for an oil change.... not for the techs to play with the accessories on my truck. My air pump switch was left on when my wife got the truck back. Lickily I have a safety switch installed to turn the pump off when max pressure has been reached so the tank didn't explode and hurt anyone. Lastly, my wife sends me a picture (see below) of my truck how it was returned to her. Paper mat still on the floor and the plastic seat cover wadded up still on my seat. I almost feel like I need to go through my truck to make sure none of my valuables are missing. Heads would ROLL if this happened in my service department.*****We will NEVER come back to this place. What a joke of a service department.

I have been in 3 seperate times with a pre approval in hand and ready to buy a car listed online for $11,200. I kept getting ridiculous quotes, twice I was quoted at $18,000 out the door. One guy told me the online price was for a lease only, when I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned with 30,000 miles? I don’t think so. They treated my boyfriend and I like children as if we didn’t understand the buying process and just wanted to get as much money as they could from us, we were a piece of meat to them. I was hoping the third time would be the charm but I have completely given up on this VW Dealership. I will be sure to have my boyfriend tell everyone at McDill not to shop here as well as anyone I do business with at my Real Estate Office. Next time I’ll be sure to read the reviews, because apperantly this is a reaccuring theme
My experiences with Courtesy Nissan of Tampa servicing department are always first-class. Thanks to the outstanding customer service and professionalism of my Service Advisor Bryan Perry. Making sure my vehicle is assessed properly and in a timely manner. Bryan is the reason, I continue to come back to Courtesy for my servicing needs. Thanks again!
So, originally, they had actually talked me into writing a good review for them....(hence the response). However, after looking back through all my paperwork. They charged me for thousands of dollars worth of optional things that they said they were “throwing in”.Don’t trust them. I will be going in tomorrow to try and have this straightened out. Which I’m sure it won’t be since I’ve already signed. They just want your money. Just like every other dealership. Be careful. This was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had! The first car I was buying ended up having a recall and after being there all day, I couldn’t buy it. Then I LITERALLY PURCHASED another vehicle and when I went to pick it up they told me they accidentally sold it to someone else!! Then, after doing all the paperwork over and over and over.....they offered to throw in some oil changes etc..which I now see I was charged $990 for 3 oil changes!! And an optional maintenance plan for $2100! After I said I didn’t want anything extra. And a fabric protection plan which I was led to believe was included. Also....my old bank keeps calling me because the “forgot” to send the check to pay off my trade in!
Id give 0 if I could. Purchased a new Sedona and selling mine to a private purchaser. They had an accident with it as they were bringing it back to me. Only the sales person called to tell me. Didnt reach out to the owner of the truck they ran into either. Management never called. I had to pay 2 additional months on that car plus insurance til it was fixed. Took them forever too. Also the van i purchased advertised on their corporate page under comparisons that a cd player came standard in this model. Well it doesn’t and they don’t back their advertisement. They had the vin numbers screwed up. When i got the damaged van back and i delivered it to the new owners 2 Hrs away we realized they broke the door but they said it could have been because of the age (5 yrs old). Took them weeks to fix this as well but they did give a loaner. Told us would give 2 yr extended warranty for the troubles. But then said, no way, just 2 free oil changes. Cost me more then this is worth. Should have gone to the other dealer. When i was car shopping they called me 3xs a day. After when they did the damage they dont want to be bothered. Stay away
Brian our advisor was nothing short of professional, considerate and very helpful in ensuring both my husband and my time was not wasted or misused. Was very informative in regards to what the mechanics suggested our vehicles needed and explained in detail the benefit of it all. Courtesy Nissan is where to go for all of your Nissan needs.
The salespeople should know all of the features of each vehicle they are selling. Our salesperson told us that the mpg tracker was to let the driver know how many miles the car could travel on the gas that was remaining in the tank but that was not the case at all. After taking the vehicle in to the repair department they explained to me that that was only to let the driver know what the mpg rate is depending on how the car is being driven. (acceleration, speed, etc.) If we had been correctly informed by the salesperson what this blinking light was, there wouldn't have been so much frustration after only owning the vehicle for one day.
I was greeted promptly upon arrival for my service appointment by Monzer and he explained everything right away. He was helpful in working with me for all of the service and gave me his card for follow up if there are any issues.
My 2017 Nissan Rogue had a slow leak in the back tire. I brought it to Tires Plus and they told me I needed a new tire. I decided to go to Courtesy Nissan for the tire replacement and Andrew checked over the tire and realized I only needed a patch. He repaired it for me at no cost and I was on my way. 2 days later, I ran over a razor blade (yes, a razor blade) that completely flattened my tire. I was back in the shop to see Andrew. He fit me in right away and replaced my tire, with a discount, for my troubles. He is awesome! Very professional, very knowledgeable. I would go to him if needed again. But I hope I never have to!
