This is the biggest joke! We are now almost 4 weeks after a move across country and still no oxygen for my 86 year old grandma. I had to spend $1500 to buy a portable concentrator - and after at least 20 hours on hold, waiting, talking to 15 different people in 10 different departments - turns out it was a billing 'glitch' -- guess I'll have to find a different company. I have never seen such bad bad bad customer service in my life!!!!

I want to say to date our relationship with your company has been excellent. The level of professionalism and quality of care is beyond my description. In that time the care provided was personal and loving in all forms of commitment. Thanks again.
This business only care about the money and not about any care. Manager was very rude and fail to provide the support that my 94 year old father need. There it was an issue with the documents and with no notice at all they stop the service on my father. I tried to have a conversation with I guess manager, Melissa but this lady was very rude. I won suggest to use this company or trust to take in care of your love one.
CNAs here are awesome. But the management is very unprofessional and rude. If they were better I would never ever think twice if I had to bring someone I love to this place
Unprofessional and uncaring. By law they are supposed update the patient folder every visit, but the only entry is the intake form. Male nurse kissed me on the cheek on two different visits. Requested a female nurse but she kept questioning the need for a procedure that was ordered by a doctor, giving me a hard time about it, and ending the visit before obtaining lab results because she said her back was hurting. When I called the office to try and receive a visit the next day I was told that the nurse was already booked. They didn't offer to send a different nurse. Basically I was out of luck. I told the scheduling coordinator that I didn't have to use their agency and she said "maybe that would be better." I now use BayCare. They call me at least once a week just to check on me (I am bedridden). They are in constant contact with my doctor and they are completely on top of my care. Follow-up is excellent. They even checked up on me when I was in the hospital, just to be nice. My patient folder is updated every visit and if I have a problem they will come out immediately and send a different nurse if necessary. Diamond is a joke. I would stay away from them at all costs.
horrible horrible HORRIBLE!!!! customer service is awful, order accuracy is awful, and timely delivery is awful! if you wish to get yelled at by their customer service reps when requesting items for your loved onE in need, then this is the place for you! did I say HORRIBLE?!!
This is the company that if hell even existed you will work there, all they care about is putting money in there own pockets the CEO of the company is probably the biggest crook on the face of the earth, not one single penny of a raise to employees that work for this S*** hole company, all I can say is if your looking for work Please DONT EVEN BOTHER!!!!
The owner/director tells the nurse how to practice her profession even though she has NO medical training herself. She decides who gets the PT, OT, MSW and does not care that they are doctor ordered. She denied care to a paraplegic living alone because she did not want to pay for the home health aide care for just a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
