Brian our advisor was nothing short of professional, considerate and very helpful in ensuring both my husband and my time was not wasted or misused. Assistant Service Manager Craig Chaykin was courteous but completely dismissed my advice, as a former Service Advisor (for Volkswagen & Subaru), that I suspected a weak battery situation was responsible for my "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light. Instead of listening to me as a knowledgeable DC expert, he recommended I spend $336+ replacing my evap control assembly, which I did. Within 24 hours the S.E.S. light was back "on." After replacing my battery, the light went out & I've pondered why I ever listened to a corporate mule. I would steer clear of this dealership. They want your $$$$ and are ruthless in their tactics.
The manager was really nice. She helped organizing the credit and everything. They had a big selection. Got a 2002 Honda Accord. Love it.

The salespeople should know all of the features of each vehicle they are selling. Our salesperson told us that the mpg tracker was to let the driver know how many miles the car could travel on the gas that was remaining in the tank but that was not the case at all. After taking the vehicle in to the repair department they explained to me that that was only to let the driver know what the mpg rate is depending on how the car is being driven. (acceleration, speed, etc.) If we had been correctly informed by the salesperson what this blinking light was, there wouldn't have been so much frustration after only owning the vehicle for one day.
Great customer service and the finance manager was very attentive. My wife and I needed to trade in both of our cars. They had the Titan that I wanted in great condition and a comfortable Rogue with low miles for my wife. Joe took both of my vehicles in on trade and found us great rate on the financing. We will definitely be coming back for our next purchase. Thank you for making the process so smooth.
I was greeted promptly upon arrival for my service appointment by Monzer and he explained everything right away. He was helpful in working with me for all of the service and gave me his card for follow up if there are any issues.
My 2017 Nissan Rogue had a slow leak in the back tire. I brought it to Tires Plus and they told me I needed a new tire. I decided to go to Courtesy Nissan for the tire replacement and Andrew checked over the tire and realized I only needed a patch. He repaired it for me at no cost and I was on my way. 2 days later, I ran over a razor blade (yes, a razor blade) that completely flattened my tire. I was back in the shop to see Andrew. He fit me in right away and replaced my tire, with a discount, for my troubles. He is awesome! Very professional, very knowledgeable. I would go to him if needed again. But I hope I never have to!
If I was able to give this company 0 stars I would. This company is TERRIBLE and in Tampa they have nothing but Con Artists working in the office. I purchased my vehicle 32days ago and had nothing but problems to receive my title. I am still waiting for my title and each day they have another excuse. (Avoid the hassle) Spend your money on good quality cars elsewhere, not on these cons.
