I bought my home in 2015. I thought Suarez had a good reputation so I decided to buy from them. After many months of arguing back and forth over defective tile issues throughout the home, all my tile was replaced. We had to move out for 2 weeks. My husband is a disabled military vet and this was a huge burden. Within 6 months of them replacing all of the tile I began to have problems. Tiles one by one began to pop up. I had been assured that when the tile was replaced, I would have a new one year warranty. I contacted Suarez (Jason Starling and Bob Suarez by certified mail, phone, on-line and through their construction supervisor Larry Tainter. They refuse to contact me on this problem. They just don't care. I think it is important to mention that many of my neighbors are having similar tile issues in their homes. Only some of them have been contacted. Please don't consider this builder as you will need to hire an expensive attorney to get them to stand by their warranty.
