This credit union is a fluke when it comes to their advertisement of excellent customer service. Their representatives do not tell you all the facts and it takes forever for any information to be posted on your account. The representatives do not inform you with the correct information. I have been dealing with them recently and two out of the three have lied to me concerning my account. I was not told that I would still be charged a late fee even though I paid the amount in full, and I was lied to when I asked the rep if the fee would be waived she said yes and a week later when it hadn't been waived I called to find out it was actually denied. Sadly, I use to really like the credit union I have been a member since 2010 and now I am going to close my accounts and stick with my new bank that has already been more helpful, friendly and honest.

When it became Grow Financial, I have still received the level of service and personal attention I have become accustomed to. Today, a Grow associate happened to review my accounts while I made a simple deposit and spent the time to help me make the most gains on my dollars without my asking a thing. She saw the faults and fixed them for my best benefits. Extremely polite and well versed in the business. This was at the Hyde Park location and her name was Kristen. Kudo's to you !John
