Supreme's management failed with their communication. My wife and I went to their showroom and chose a granite style for our counter tops. The install was to be done on a Monday. They called us on the Friday before and ask us to come to their shop and pick another type of granite. They had mistakenly sold the granite we agreed to buy. We went and picked out a second type for an install on Monday between 11 - 1:00. I called them that Monday morning at 10:00 and was told they would be there. At 11:30, I went to their offices and was told there was a mistake and that it would be installed on that Thursday. On Thursday they did do the install but make several mistakes. They agreed to send a man out to make corrections the following week. They are good people, with good intentions, but truly need to greatly improve their internal communications as well as communications with their customer. At this time, we cannot recommend to others. There are better stone companies in Tampa Bay.

Not a supplier that I would use again. Nor one of their vendors, Principal Granite. The slab for my counter top is cracked and either their Vendor, Eric is responsible or them. neither will own up to it

Disappointed with the customer service. I was looking to make a purchase that daydayand I was told I would be called with a quote. I was called several days later however they mixed up who I was and I never heard back again.
