I am livid with the incompetence of CVS, CVS Caremark, and their couriers. How can you take so long and expect your customers to be happy. You never called to remind me to renew the prescription, you never emailed me, you never texted, you have fallen by the way side less than mediocre service. I called now 5 times.For specialty pharmacy, you should be opened 24/7 7 days a week for your customers who need special medications, this shows you do not care. Where is my medicine? You never send me an email with a tracking number, nothing. What has happened to your company? You have gone to hell! Do you constantly hire new people and not keep employees and run an incompetent business? I cannot believe every three months I need to renew my prescription, every time, it is a fiasco with your company. Express Scripts was so much better. Your company, CVS Stores, and your couriers all seem incompetent and have no effective communications between you all. When are you going to make this right? If my work didn't require me to use your company, I would never use you, you are the most incompetent company I have ever worked with before. This has to be the worst company ever!
