I have rented from Alamo in combination with my air flights to Florida for years. This last experience with the company has ended all future business with me. I am In town again this month to support a family member going into hospice care, the young clerk at the desk was insanely abusive to me bc I declined their auto coverage and could not remember my company name. I quote "we are not going to give you a 30,000 car, you will go to jail if pulled over with out insurance." "I'm trying to help you but I don't have to rent you this car." "I will call the police on you, don't talk to me that way" this comment was as I'm looking up my insurance company on my cell phone. ????? Are you kidding me. Alamo, Kiss my Ass! The kid throws my ID and credit card back at me on the counter. Corporate call this am, "We take this kind of thing very seriously." NO you do not, I still have not received a call. I suggest to you, get some new help. Education can not correct that behavior. Terrible customer service.
Picked up my rental quickly, the staff was excellent and took great care of me. Thank you, and well definitely be using again.
My boyfriend and I rented a car from this location and we had the best service from Sean. Although the place was packed, he gave us the best service and took his time. He even made our vacation a little more memorable by upgrading us to a Mustang.

The mission statement of Enterprise should include a name with the brand, and that name should be George, because of his exceptional customer service and willingness to "make you feel" like you're the most important customer in the world. My entire family rents from this location just based on his outstanding caring attitude.....great company with a great leader at that location.

Great selection with easy rental. Once we arrived we were already checked in and headed directly to our car and bypassed all the lines. Out in less than 15 minutes, I love the ease that Alamo provides!
They picked me up on time and dropped me back quickly after the rental car return. It's a convenient location that is also open Sundays since I had to attend a meeting on Monday in Jacksonville. I was offered an Elantra as a free upgrade although I had reserved a smaller size vehicle. Interior waiting room is spacious and clean. Michael recognized me from initial visit and TJ too was very nice. I recommend this franchise of Enterprise Rent-A-Car highly as value for your money.

After experiencing such a bad one at LaGuardia Airport with National Car Rental, it was great to start off with an easy transaction with the Tampa International location. However, I did not report the scratch on the car when leaving. As an Emerald Member, who are you suppose to report issues to, prior to leaving? Well National is threatening to charge me for the scratch on the vehicle after returning the car. It seems to ALWAYS be something with renting from National Car Rental.
