Tampa, FL Donuts

The best doughnuts and apple fritters I've ever eaten in my life!! The staff are always friendly and welcoming! The smell alone will reck your diet! I have no will power in that place! Not to mention it's always SUPER clean!����

I've been there probably 3 or 4 times on my way to VA hospital and everytime I got coffee there it was horrible. I love dunkin donuts but this place does not change out the coffee and it always tastes old.

I have visited this location plenty of times since it opened and is now my closest DD...on this occasion, I went in with a special request; my brother-in-law, an actor in California was making a music video parody and he needed dunkin donut boxes and a box of joe (boxes only...since I was shipping them across the country). When I told the staff member what he was doing and asked if they'd be willing to donate a dozen box, a munchkin box and a box o' joe box, I was told they pay for those boxes so they couldn't donate them for the video. She was friendly about it, but that was the end of the conversation. She didn't call a manager to ask or anything.I still purchased the donuts and shipped the dirty boxes across the country-but I didn't get the box of joe. Instead, my mother, in Pennsylvania went to her local DD and asked for the same thing and was immediately given the box without question. Anyway...this video has now gone completely viral overnight. And DD is getting great publicity because of it. Too bad this location didn't want to donate the boxes. great donuts, but service has gone down the crapper. terrible service 2 times in a row, will not go back until they fix customer service. I went in and no coffee and the 2 employees couldn't handle the 4 people in there. I gave them another chance at the new location and the girl was awful, she was browsing on computer in dining room, coffee was terrible, gave four of us a bag of donuts and no plates for the dining area, no napkins but gave baby wipes, no plates. had to ask her while she sat right next to us on her laptop, and no "thank you" or "have a nice day" no smile, customer service sux. wtf? epic fail, wont be back
