I would give zero stars if it was possible my children used to come here and one of my children said that she used to hit him with a blue stick I definitely will be making a call but it seems that everybody there is constantly yelling on their phone nobody seems to know what’s going on or where my children’s things are my baby comes home and somebody else’s diaper every single day I’m constantly needing to buy wipes and I’m just completely sick of it when I asked her to fill out a transfer paper she said it would have to be handled by her administration Which there is no such thing as administration she sits in the office the whole time my child got hurt and there was no incident report my baby is always coming home with a rash The center is one of the most ghetto childcare centers I have ever seen I will be making a complaint with childcare licensing and DCF
MY KID'S HAVE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE MY DAUGHTER WAS 1. SHE WILL BE 5 NEXT MONTH. UP UNTILL RECENTLY IT WAS A GREAT DAYCARE. MY DAUGHTER CAME HOME WITH ABOUT 10 SCRATCHES ON HER FACE FROM A CHILD PUSHING HER ONTO MULCH. THERE WAS NO INCIDENT REPORT MADE AND THE TEACHER AND OWNER SEEM NOT TO CARE AT ALL ABOUT MY CHILD'S FACE. COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE OWNER'S GRAND DAUGHTER WHO PUSHED MY CHILD WHICH IS WHY I THINK THEY DIDN'T CARE. I TEXT THE OWNER TO LET HER KNOW I DONT THINK I'M BRINGING MY CHILDREN BACK. ALL SHE SAID WAS " OK JUST GIVE ME YOUR PAYMENT ALONG WITH YOUR TRANSFER FORM" AGAIN STILL NOT CARING ABOUT MY DAUGHTERS FACE.
This is the only sports program or camp I would allow my child to attend. My son has been in their soccer league since he was three. He is nine now and continues with soccer as well as their football and basketball leagues. The coaches are phenomenal and always make sure that they are not only training the children, but allowing them to play and have fun. He environment is kind and educational instead of cutthroat like many other sports programs. This program is wonderful! If you have a child you owe it to them to try it!
You know everyone nes business. Business owner yells constantly to where parents and staff know personal business going on. She is not very professional. Staff is rude at times. Will never come back. I do not want my children hearing the daycare house wife drama. Getto acting.
The staff is very unprofessional. My grand kids heard the teacher MS SHELLY & MS LISA talking about me and another parent & her child saying her child was dumb he could not read to be a first grader staring he could not read !!!! My grand's are 11 & 10 children aftercare children that know wrong from right. It makes me wonder was we singled out because of our race African American family. It saddens me that uncouth people are the care takers of our children. If they felt a ill will towards me and the other parent it should've been kept to them self or not spoken in front of children. I will be calling the child care license tomorrow/ 01/20/2017. They will not be returning. Think twice before you enroll your kids here.
Our family absolutely LOVES Storybook Ranch Preschool. My daughter has been going here for a little over a year and she loves it too. The teachers are constantly keeping the children clean, showing them attention and make the children feel so excited about being at school. My daughter was potty trained in less than 2 weeks by her wonderful teachers. The curriculum is so amazing as well. My daughter knew 5 different paintings at the age two and her words and the amount of leaning she has got at Storybook is just incredible. I HIGHLY recommend Storybook Ranch Preschool. I can not wait for our new baby to get to be a part of the Storybook ranch family.
LOVE IT! I have 4 children who attend this school. The most important aspect to me is the loving nurturing environment that they provide. I know that my children are well taken care of and happy!
Great school with phenomenal, caring teachers! My son started attending at the end of June because it was recommended to us that he go to aid in his social development. His speech was a bit delayed and he was a bit uncomfortable when it came to group play. Well, here it is just over 2 months later and he's already made HUGE strides! Miss Taylor is AMAZING! We can actually have a conversation with him because we understand what he's saying. He's made friends, is following directions and can actually sit still for more than a few seconds at a time! Sending our son to Storybook was one of the best decisions we've made!
Please heed the warnings that you see regarding Protential Sports. I have had numerous issues with them, from my child's safety to billing and beyond. The kids are outside in the heat and the weather a lot. At the location my child went to, they were required to seek shelter under an awning attached to a clubhouse "snack shack" during thunderstorms. My child was refused a snack (kids bring their own) because it wasn't the official "snack time". Refused a snack after being out in the hot sun running around! My child came home with so many bug bites that we ended up at urgent care for treatment. They repeatedly over charged me and each time I had to make several requests to have the money returned. I am so sorry that I allowed my child to attend Protential Sports. The day that one of the coaches quit he told me that he couldn't handle it anymore and was leaving for a "real job". Um yes, I just trusted you with the care of my child and to you it's not even a real job. Please find another, any other, option for your child.
Fellow parents, I would stay clear of this summer camp. I am rating Protential Sports ZERO stars for the way they have handled my situation. I signed up my 3 children for the Waterchase 2015 summer camp prior to hearing any negative press from other parents about this camp. I was required to pay a total of $465 to register my children. $150 was for application fees and $315 was for their first week of camp in advance. After I made this payment, other parents in my neighborhood began to tell me about their negative experiences with this camp. The biggest issue for me was the fact that all of the children have NO indoor breaks until 1pm in the afternoon each day! After hearing about this, I became very concerned. I called Protential Sports to confirm the information that I had heard. They told me that the Waterchase Homeowner's Association did not want any kids in the clubhouse until the afternoon, but that the kids could take water breaks in the shade outside. I was literally outraged. I don't need to tell anyone reading this post about the extreme heat of Tampa summers, even in the morning. I asked Protential Sports for a full refund of my $465 over 2 months ago. I have not seen one penny of it after sending numerous e-mails and making multiple phone calls. The only e-mail correspondence that I have received is a refusal to refund my application fees, but they have completely avoided responding at all about the refund of the remaining $315. I have filed a complaint with BBB and I plan on taking this to court.
