I was greeted promptly upon arrival for my service appointment by Monzer and he explained everything right away. He was helpful in working with me for all of the service and gave me his card for follow up if there are any issues.

My 2017 Nissan Rogue had a slow leak in the back tire. I brought it to Tires Plus and they told me I needed a new tire. I decided to go to Courtesy Nissan for the tire replacement and Andrew checked over the tire and realized I only needed a patch. He repaired it for me at no cost and I was on my way. 2 days later, I ran over a razor blade (yes, a razor blade) that completely flattened my tire. I was back in the shop to see Andrew. He fit me in right away and replaced my tire, with a discount, for my troubles. He is awesome! Very professional, very knowledgeable. I would go to him if needed again. But I hope I never have to!

I was treated disrespectfully by Ferman collision center in Brandon. I brought my vehicle for repair and the work was faulty, rather than fixing it a person named Brandon was unprofessional and disrespectful. Any company can be good when things are going well a great company is great when there are problems and I would be very carful dealing with Ferman.
The service department has gotten very disappointing over the last few years. Just had an expensive repair due to a dirty engine filter. Was pointed out needing to be replaced AFTER my oil change a couple of months ago. Tried to bring it in two Saturdays ago after setting an appointment over the phone to also have the breaks replaced. Left after being told it would be over 3 hours. On Saturday this past weekend I had set an online appointment for 8 am the day before. When I got there there was no record in the system of my appointment. I even had my confirmation printout.

I called to get some recall work done on my Corolla. Mark had me in for repairs in an hour. The work was completed in time frame estimated. While waiting, met more friendly associates who stopped and said hello (my Rays shirt was a hit). The cafe had great food. Loved the wait area. Very comfortable and family type atmosphere. Actually wouldn't mind working here
Joe Q did an amazing job taking care of our needs when we brought our car in for service on a busy Saturday. He made us feel like we were his only customers for the day. He was extremely helpful & willing to go the extra mile, as was the entire Toyota of Tampa Bay team. Thanks, everyone!!!
