I bought a Nissan Rogue Select, my thought was that a crossover SUV would be more useful than my 2004 sedan; not true for me. The trunk of my 300M held more than the cargo area behind the second row of seats. The gas mileage is mediocre as, after 1 month of mixed driving, I average 25mpg. I was getting 21 with the 6cyl. 300M. The drivers seat gets very tiring after an hour or so. And, one real pain is that the window controls and console are about 8" behind where my hands lie. I've learned to operate/access with a cross body reach. I like the vent controls, manual HVAC controls, and peppy engine. BTW- the brakes are very sensitive (and good) as they will put you though the windshield without much pedal effort.I wish I could just return the vehicle and keep shopping. But I've resigned to owning it for a year or so before trading it out.
I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Tampa wholeheartedly. I have complete confidence in their knowledge of their vehicles and complete trust in their customer service. I dealt with Mark Gray who went above and beyond with his customer service both before and after the sale. He made sure I was happy with the vehicle, got me exactly what I wanted, and he followed up after the purchase. He wanted to make sure I was aware of all the features and am comfortable driving the car. Mark made the whole experience seamless and I am so happy with my purchase! Mark and his team truly make me feel like my car purchase is important to them and that they will be there should I ever have any questions in the future. There is no doubt that I will purchase my next vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa as a result of this car buying experience.
The only thing the clerk could say nice about the car was it had a big trunk, really, my husband is 6'7" the car was small but "a full sized vehicle" hyndai sonata, it was 2016 with 2200 miles that part was great but both back seat belts in the back would lock if you moved more than 4 inches, repeated calls but all we got is "will take care of you when you rent AGAIN", got so bad myself and my daughter had red marks on our necks from the seat belts....."will take care of you next time, here take my card" he didn't have any! What a joke, love renting there usually but this started off badly and ended badly, the ONLY thing about the rental was gas mileage and I really didn't care about that I wanted a full size car, the sonata I was told was the largest "full size" vehicle they carry unless you get a premium class!
My experience with Courtesy Toyota for purchasing new Sienna 2015, was very pleasant & hassle free. Christopher Meyer from sales helped me to make the purchase at reasonable price. I went for the test drive during evening hours, and after the purchase, next day I noticed the leather on the passenger side seat was slightly brushed off. Also while changing the temperature inside the cabin, I could hear bee buzzing noise. Christopher was very helpful in addressing these complaints, & involved his sr. Manager to address those. I am about to visit the dealership in couple of weeks to correct these problems as promised by Christopher & his manager. Xio from account was very quick to explain me all loan options & complete the sale. Overall it was an excellent experience purchasing new vehicle from Courtesy.
I always get best rates with Alamo! We were on a girls trip and I rented a full size...which we always rent, the girl at the counter kept pushing me to upgrade to a premium! For $20 more a day! Then came down to $12! I told her this was big enough, she kept pushing me telling me we would not be able to get our 4 pieces of luggage in it. She even showed me a chart saying Full size only held 2 reg suitcases & 3 small which isn't what they showed online. We kept with the full size, picked a Camry which I drive at home and could have gotten another suitcase in the trunk! I think I has such a good rate she was trying to get me to oaying more! Only thing I didn't like was my key did not electronic door/trunk opener, I had to manually unlock the driver door and pull lever to open trunk...a bit of a pain!
I have used Enterprise before where I live, but this was my first time out of town. I had selected another rental service, but changed due to the high security deposit they asked for, the night before my trip. Enterprise set up my rental with no problems, and only charged a small percentage extra for security, since I don't have a major credit card. The person on the phone was very polite, the clerk at the desk, was extremely nice, and the young lady who walked me through the check out/in process was very nice as well. I recommend this agency to anyone looking for affordable, reliable transportation, with or without a major credit card, which is extremely hard to find these days. Thank you Enterprise for being there for me and my family when we needed!
We rented a standard car at Tampa International Airport and it was very comfortable for a smaller car but unfortunately, something came loose (?muffler/ catalytic converter) and it made some really loud sounds. It was quite an ordeal trying to call on the phone to get information on how to exchange the car. After being hung up on and transferred to several different individuals, we found out we had to bring it back to an airport Enterprise rental to exchange it. They did the exchange quickly (minutes) and upgraded us to an Impala for no charge. Not as good mileage but drove nicely. We are very happy about how smoothly the exchange went but I think Enterprise should put a working/appropriate phone number to contact you quickly

If you are wanting a literal NO pressure car buying experience, then you really need not look any further than Preferred owned by Matt and his wife Heather. Matt is a businessman, and just a good person; not some shady "used car salesman". I had narrowed my choices down to 4 of his cars, and how about he suggested me buying the cheapest of the 4? I've NEVER had ANY salesperson recommend I buy the cheapest item from them. Regardless, he has all of my future car buying business and I will certainly recommend that my family and friends go and at least give him the opportunity to earn their business too. Thank you again Matt and Heather for putting me behind the wheel of a gorgeous car!
Rented full size auto, when we got to car the service person said all he had was a Toyota Corolla ! Sails NO, after my promise of leaving, gave us a Chey SUV, I ok.Drove 70 miles to condo, shut off to find I do not have electronic key. Alarm goes off when doors open, neighbors complain! Called Enterprise Tampa, no reply after message. Called Enterprise road service , expected them to drop off car, NO! You have to go to Sarasota to change vehicles. Wasted on day of my vacation on this !! Not happy, Retured to Tampa airport after vacation and they took 80 off rental. Not the money, Vacation strained on renting form Enterprise, Will evaluate next vacation rental.
