Tables not clean. Workers yelled across the restaurant to each other and to announce orders. Whopper had a hair on it between the bun and the wrapper.
It took them a few min to notice that I was standing there waiting to be seated. It seemed like it was a long time waiting. They finally came and seated us, I noticed as I was walking into the lobby I seen that there was a large amount of dirty tables where she was taking us. We walked past the cleaner part hopping the she was going to seat us there but no she seated us in the dirtiest place in there. IT WAS GROSS!!!! So I decided to stay for a min but very discussed on where we were sitting. After 5 min or so I finally seen a waitress and got us a drink another 10 min go by to take our order 5 min go by waiting in my bowls so I got up to go make my bowl and the bar was such a mess. It looked like they haven’t paid no attention to it all day. It literally made me lose my appetite. It was gross. I just went and put my bowl down on the table and left. I doubt I’ll be going back anytime soon.
Just before a Mom & son movie night, I stopped in at the request of my son. I decided to order my daughter some food as well so my babysitter/neighbor wouldn't have to make her something in case she got hungry. There was a misunderstanding between the server and myself. He probably didn't hear what I said and I had never ordered a kid's meal before. Nonetheless, I noticed the cashier, Teresa, had an attitude and was instantly rude towards me. Surprised by her reaction, I was irritated and just wanted to leave at this point so I could stop back home and catch my movie. A manager came over and tried to rectify by crediting me and comping my daughter's meal. I am big on customer service and write far more positive reviews than negative ones. I am that person who calls managers to express my gratitude and appreciation for their employees. I am adamant that how you treat and speak to your customers can make or break you as a business. Teresa may need a little assistance in this area. Overall, the manager saved the day and I will be back because my son loves Chipotle!
Very slow service especially kid named Hunter, doesn't know what's going on at the store. Have no clue with what the store carry.

THE BEST BURGER KING IN TAMPA the rodeo burgers are only 1.00 topped with chipolte BBQ sauce and onion rings, the Hershey chocolate creme pie is the best dessert, amazing speedy service and GREAT customer service!
I enjoy their boneless wings with honey BBQ sauce or medium buffalo sauce. They ladies who work inside are always kind to be and make my order fresh. I like the cleanliness of the restaurant and convenient location. I plan on returning as long as the hot food and kind service continues.
Culver's is a new restaurant to the Tampa Bay area that has a lot of kinks to work out. First, regarding their food. It is of the same quality that you could expect to receive at any other fast food restaurant the only thing that makes them different is their "supposed" excellent customer service. This is the tactic that the owner uses to convince you to pay those EXTREMELY elevated prices for plain standard fast food that you can get anywhere for a WAY CHEAPER PRICE. I had a recent negative experience with the W HILLSBORUGH location where the employee made an honest mistake with how they prepared my order. But my issue was not with the employee, it was with the actual OWNER, who after answering the phone when I called the next day to request a refund for the meager $5.00 mistake, was not only dismissive but accused me of begging for a hand out for requesting a refund for a mistake HIS employee made, and stated that they don't do refunds. Be cautious in patronizing this restaurant especially when the actual OWNER is clueless about GOOD customer service and INSULTING when asked to give a simple $5.00 refund for a mistake HIS employee made. I recommend that you choose another fast food restaurant, with customer service that is just as good if not better, pay WAY LESS for PLAIN FAST FOOD, and not have to deal with an OWNER who will INSULT you for requesting a $5.00 refund for sub-par service.
