I went to their facility to get my car washed it was too low to go through the automatic wash so i quested to hand wash which they advertise he then proceeded to tell me he's too busy my car would take maybe 15 minutes to wash it's a very small car and the gentleman just walked away from me I would not recommend them that is poor business I would be willing to pay extra to have it done do not go there
The big tattoo lady that works there is rude, and loud, I get the feeling she thinks the customer are her there to hear her issues cause she talks andTalks and talks about her personal business. She'll also stalk you.
Worst car wash I have been to in quite awhile. I had to wait and finally ask for someone to help me for the Express Lane. They only pre washed the driver's side. I asked the kid if he was going to do other side and he just looked at me. He still didn't do it. They only partially dried the car on its way off the line. I rolled my window down to tell the kid he needed to better dry my car and he said he did, which which he didn't. I called to let someone know and the girl gave me the run around. Car is still dirty and covered with water marks. Save your $9 and don't go there. Waste of time and money since you will have to go again.
They showed up on time very professional, polite and great customer service and great job on my vehicle, it never looked better. Great shine.
Expensive and NOT worth it.They do a VERY POOR job.Just paid $42 for exterior and interior to be cleaned, and had to return because they never cleaned my car inside. Even after they supposedly "cleaned" it, its still has hairs and dust on the dash.NOT worth a penny, also tires and never shined.So basically I signed up for a monthly plan just to go back home and clean the car myself because apparently 1 woman can clean a car better than 3 of their employees.Oh, and in order to get a refund done, you have to waste MORE time by calling corporate Offices, because the manager Erick did not try to be helpful at all, he speaks over you and is not comprehensive at all. Worst experience at a car wash.
What a rude attandant,I arrived at 819 & was asked if I already had clothes in,the sign said last load @830...guess they have enough customers!! I won't be back, plenty of other places!!!
Two interior Windows scratched deeply. Owner claims couldn't be them. Right in my line of vision. Poor business not doing the right thing. Beware.
The only reason I'm writing it even a one is soto the review is seen the carwash sucks the customer service stinks your car goes through comes out more dirty and then it went in with soap still on 8 and then at the Attendance tell you that they will not talk to you because you seem to have a problem and turn around and walk away and refused to give any type of customer service number please don't waste your time and go
This car wash scratched both of my left wheels on my brand new Lexus. I filled out an incident report with the nice man that controlled the car wash that day, and never heard anything back. I spoke with Katherine the first time and she said "I don't know why he would give you this number to call us" essentially making it seem as if she couldn't be bothered. I continued to call and call and no response. finally got a hold of Katherine who i spoke to months before. Suzine, a "partner", called me back and told me "too bad! take it to small claims court, you're going to lose anyways!", and then hung up on me. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I have been a customer of Flipper's car wash since it opened in the Citrus Park are, but I am no longer and will not stop until someone reaches back out to me and resolves this huge issue. Based on the reviews this company gets it's a matter of time before they go out of business. You just don't treat your customers that way. And I should add... The times i went before this incident, only 2 vacuums were working and with little suction at that.
Was ripped off $10 bucks. Drove through the car wash this morning. The machine rinsed and sprayed soap on my car then it stopped working and asked me to exit. The car was covered in soap. I tried to use the self service bays to rinse the car off but the credit card readers were not working. I had to drive to another car wash to have the car rinsed off which cost me another $9. I attempted to call Ballast Point however their phone number is out of service. I won't return to the Dale Mabry or Gandy locations again!
