They sold me a vehicle that had a brake noise. They told me they just replaced ABS sensors - it will go away. The brake noise was included in the warranty of the sale for them to repair free of charge if it persists. It turned out to need a very expensive repair to fix (Hydraulic & Electronic Brake Controle Unit needed to be replaced - Hybrid). I have made many attempts to get them to purchase the vehicle back or repair the vehicle. This dealership has ignored all my requests for 2 months and have left me with an unsafe & undrivable vehicle. I have lost $5500. As well, Sam has screamed at me multiple times when I have been nothing but polite - which was rude and very upsetting. As well, the vehicle had the brake and ABS alert lights on before they sold the vehicle to me and they did an uncertified repair themselves (they are not licensed mechanics). The repair did not in any way fix the brakes, but only cleared the alerts so they could get the vehicle sold to someone - me without knowing there was a major issue with the vehicle that could cause my death or the death of others! Shame on you...very unethical practice.

I had to purchase 50 youth sized shirts for a charity event with less than 2 weeks left. After doing some comparison online with sites like custom ink, I decided to go with silkprintingworld because they charged the least for express production/shipping. I think their site was pretty user friendly. During checkout they were also very clear on what day I would get the shipment. The shipping address was down the street from their HQ so maybe that's why it was so accurate, but I received it right on time. If they don't have the car you're looking for they can get it from an auction for you. The car will be at the dealership within 2-3 days, depending on where is it coming from.
They sold me a lemon, stated they would repair, kept the vehicle for over a month, returned it to me on worse condition, I took to another mechanic whom.informed me that car was unrepairable due to someone inexperienced working on it. They refused to put me in another vehicle or return my down payment and cancel the loan. They have ask.me numerous times do I want to.voluntary repo the vehicle but they are not the finance company. The finance company states that my opinion is a voluntary repossession and I would be responsible for the remaining balance after it's auctioned off. The dealership is now trying to find out where I have the vehicle. I believe after reading the finance company reviews online through the consumer financial bureau that they are both running a fradulent scsm.on hardworking consumers with bad credit so they are selling lemons, making false promises to cover repairs, then the finance company repososses the vehicle because the consumer can't afford the repair costs and make a car note, then they resale the vehicle and garnish the consumer wages. Read the reviews under Lobel Financial, it's horrible how they are taking advantage of consumers.
Had to purchase car online due to distance. They failed to report: *Exhaust leak*Car had previously been flooded (massive water damage) *Turn signals do not work *Check engine light was on (Ali lied to me and said it wasn't) * dings and scratches on the car (description said car was free of all visibile dings) Overall, the car was listed in good condition, and I noticed some flaws that I brought up, and forced them to address, however they hid most of the flaws. Upon purchasing the car, they made me sign a contract that said they are not responsible for providing legitimate descriptions of cars. That's like getting on a boat and signing a contract that you're not guaranteed a boat that will float. I will NEVER purchase from them again. They made the car buying experience hell and refused to facilitate shipping, forcing me to go at it alone, with the only dealer support being a fuzzy photo of a brokerage. I can't even begin to fix the car because I can't get in the damn thing without becoming very sick due to my lung problems! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THERE ARE BETTER DEALS OUT THERE. THEY SELL WATER DAMAGED CARS AS "CLEAR TITLE" "GOOD CONDITION" AND DON'T SUPPORT YOU AFTER THEY GET THEIR MONEY.
