Don't shop here!The owner of this store is bull-headed and doesn't get good customer service. They have a ridiculous return policy. I tried to return a $6.99 light bulb that was unopened, I had the receipt, and I had bought it the day before and paid cash. In addition to my receipt, they wanted my name, address, and phone number. I'm surprised they didn't ask for my passport, fingerprint, and first born child. The owner came out and said that's the policy. He asked me to go outside (away from the employees), where he explained it's the policy to cut down on employee theft. OK, inconvenience your customer and ask them all this info because your employees steal from you...? I won't shop here anymore because they give you such a hassle to return anything. I told him I'd rather shop somewhere else where they don't hassle customers and take up their time. He thought that was just fine. Apparently he doesn't realize it costs 40x the money to get a new customer than it does to keep an existing customer.
