I called West Broward Real Estate in August of ‘09; after working four weeks with another Realtor agent to assist my wife and me in locating a condo or townhouse to purchase in the immediate area of Tamarac. Our contact person at West Broward was Alan Oshins, Realtor and Broker; who took all the time necessary to qualify exactly the type, size and creature comforts we wanted and needed in our new home. Alan took us to each of the properties he represented and to those of other R. E. Companies that matched our wishes and requirements. We visited numerous Kings Point and other surrounding properties in a 3 week stretch, and decided to purchase a condo in Granville "C" at Kings Point Properties. We feel very fortunate to have met Alan Oshins; as he was always on-top of his game and was extremely knowledgeable about all available real estate in the area...
