I have been using this company for for a while. They hire some people who really do not want to work. It was hard to get a good aide, But now this Aide I have does not like another care worker I have, the aide has become selective in doing assigned duties and has an attitude and leaves work for the care worker knowing that the other worker is coming. and thinks I am unaware of what is happening. Before this other care worker came the aide was doing all of assigned duties. The person in the office answering the phone seems to be unorganized. They do call monthly to see if you are satisfied with their services.
