There are no words to express how disappointed we are with our experience at the City Furniture Sawgrass & Outlet. If it were possible to give this store zero stars on Google or Yelp, that’s exactly what I would be leaving. It’s mind boggling that you can walk into this HUGE showroom at any time of the day and there are 20-30 sales associates standing around socializing, doing absolutely nothing. Yet a paying customer can call 25 times back to back within a two hour time frame and NO ONE can pick up the phone. Not only did our order get magically cancelled by someone at the store, but customer service filled us in that the two box springs we waited weeks for were just sitting on the warehouse for no apparent reason. We have called all day, while being given the run around numerous times. It’s not approaching 8 pm and we have received absolutely ZERO COMMUNICATION. At this rate, it’s easier to dispute the charge on our credit card and report this location to the BBB. This location is absolutely TERRIBLE. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. We will never come back here! You couldn’t pay us to shop here again.

My husband and I were looking for a new sofa and mattress. Our sales woman Amera Daashoosh was AMAZING. Literally a perfect 10! She greeted us with a warm inviting smile, but wasn't annoying or pushy (the way a lot of sales people are escpecially in a furniture store) she gave us our space to browse and look at options. Than was there to answer all of our questions, give us helpful feedback and help us make decisions to find the perfect living room set and mattress. I highly recommend working with Amera, she was honestly one of the best sales people I've worked with in a long time, friendly, honest and made our shopping experience smooth and pleasant. She went above and beyond for us! Super happy with City Furniture's customer service and overall selection.

Woow! Such a great place to get my furniture. Amera Daashoosh the sales associate woman who helped us to get our new sectional sofa with a lot of patience and professionalism!! I never think that one day I will buy a warnaty for anything, but she convinced me in hounstly way to buy it!! She gave us exactly what we came for with a big knowledge for anything related to the furniture world. Also all the people there were very nice .. I love my living room !!! I recommend this place differently!!!

I needed a bedroom set and a dinning table. The difficult part is I have very little experience with fashion , color corridence, and makeing a house feel like a home! My ex always did a fantastic job decorating interior & exterior . As soon as I walked through the entrance I was greeted with a huge smile. This lovely sales lady extended her arm and said my name is Betty and yours " I'm Don " and how can I help you? Have you visited us before. No but I need to purchase a bedroom set and a dining table . She asked what do I have in mind any particular styles. I'm not sure can you show me something very nice that would go with the colors of my home. I showed her some pictures on my phone of the bedroom and living room. Immediately Betty directed me to an area of bedroom sets and suggested, that dark black wood would look fantastic with your wall color and hardwood floors . She showed me of a couple sets and then decided that's the one for me. Just at simple. Same thing goes for the dining table. I had such a great experience Betty gave an great impression that made me feel like we were childhood friends. My family and Friends couldn't believe I picked this beautiful furniture myself. Its that perfect. I definitely recommend anyone to ask for Mrs. Betty Sinanan she'll go above and beyond, she dots her I's and crosses her T's . Extremely professional with a great sense of humor. I had same-day delivery and the best night sleep with my new Tempur-pedic mattress . I can't wait to go back for other items I'll need in the near future . Love Love Love 'CITY FURNITURE'.

My neighbor and I both both sofa , recliner, and Loveseat. Alicia accomadated both of us with so much patience and was very professional... She was awesome... I had to go back the day to change changes , Alicia Singh went above and beyond to help us.... I will tell anyone that wants furniture to go to City Furniture and ask for Alicia... Thank You again Alicia

Betty was great, she helped us see different furniture and gave us great options. All I can say is she is excellent. I would come back just because Betty is cool.

Service was very good; sales person was very nice liked that. Will shop there but need more selection of coffee and console tables

This place is a JOKE. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture here. I bought the home service plan and one of the chairs broke. So I call customer service and the lady tells me to bring the chair to the store to the pick up area to exchange. So I get there and they tell me to call customer service. WT!!! So I call customer service and they tell me to take a picture and someone will go to my house, but since Im there, I could see what they can do. So I talk to a manager named "George." He makes a call, only to tell me to email a picture. I was visibly frustrated and instead of taking care of the issue, the manager's answer was that my first phone call had not been logged. Are you kidding? I guess I made the whole thing up, put a broken chair in my car, and drove 40 minutes for my health!!! I will NEVER buy furniture here again! City Furniture just lost a customer over a small dining room chair. Word of advice, buy furniture elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service and not to mention; the chair broke in the first place.

i bought a sectional 6 months ago rom this location and the springs gave out on one of the sections. they were going to charge me $50 to have someone come out or i could take it in for free, which i did. Once they took a look at it the told me that i waited too long to bring it to them. should i have taken them the section before the springs went out on it? ridiculous. $2500 for just the sectional and i have a credit line with them and this is the response i get? Awful customer care. There are too many furniture stores out there to have to be treated this way. Do yourselves a favor and choose a different company, NOT CITY FURNITURE.
