Overall

This place have a manager very desagreable, she is racist; her name es Darlene Schaefer. She change all the time the rules, to feel important and that the person are stupid. She always said that spanish people are low person that need a translator, because we can't understand what she says.
I can't speak fluid English, but I undertand perfectly .She is a bad person and I think that is a very bad visible face for the Association, and its reputation.

All complaints must be filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes can investigate only alleged violations of the provisions in Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, and Chapters 61B-15 through 61B-24, Florida Administrative Code, pertaining to condominiums.
As a result, the division does not generally investigate issues involving:
Maintenance of the common elements or common areas;
Alterations or additions to the common elements or common areas; or
Violations of the condominium documents.
The division does not investigate issues involving:
Contractual disputes;
Criminal matters; or
Discrimination pertaining to age, race, special needs, et cetera; and Internal disputes (for example, most issues involving noise, pets, and parking). To file a complaint, please complete the CONDOMINIUM / COOPERATIVE COMPLAINT FORM (Downloadable PDF file). You will need Acrobat Reader to view the PDF file. Horrible place to live. Rules and Regulations are not being enforced. Even that no pets or kids are allowed on these premises, dogs and cats are all over. Units are overcrowded with 3 and 4 people living in a 1 bedroom unit, including small kids.
This is not a retirement place, for the contrary, extremely noisy, a lot of strangers wandering the premises at night. A disaster. Manager acts like she owns the place and the people. Mean and rude.

This place is horrible! The office manager Darlene Schaefer, acts like she owns the place. They don't take any pride in the property. There is a recycling notice in a cloudy plastic covering in an enclosed bulletin board that is at least 35 years old and barely readable. The is old and worn looking. However the HOA fees are comparable to other condo HOA fees. Rules & regulations are not enforced. My advice to anyone who wants to rent or buy DON'T.

Absolutely agree with everyone's comments. We are very nice people who pay our money to this association which should treat us like we deserve. That manager has no respect for anyone whatsoever. She is rude, racist, mean, and should not be working there. She goes out of her way NOT to help anyone and does not know how to approach people. And the lady in the front desk is as rude as she is. They have no clue what customer service is. I wish there was a way of complaining about them and that someone actually does something about it. I have no complaints about the condo, we love our apartment, but they treat everyone as if we were not human beings and as if we are living there for free. And it is not cheap either! They have a job because of us, the residents. Filing a complaint like Carlos said, won't help, because that division doesn't take care of the type of complaints we have. But there must be a way of doing something about it. Let's make a petition and sign it, that should work.

I just rented a unit in Bermuda club and has been by far the worst experience of my life the manager of this place is rudest person i have ever met in my life, she is a hardcore racist and was disrespectful enough to tell me i don't understand her when she talks just because i am Hispanic, also she told me i had to throw away BEANS AND RICE in the food grinder and not the trash.... seriously there are no words to describe how unpleasant this experience has been. if you're planning to rent or buy here save the bad time and find a place with a decent association. i am only giving a star so i can post cause if i could i would not give anything.

The manager Darlene Schaefer is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. I am an owner in the Bermuda Club and she is not helpful in any way. In fact she goes out of her way not to do her job. AV
