I have lived in the Meadows for 2 years now, when I first moved in my place, it was not ready for 2 days and then I moved in and they still had work to do, I had to get code enforcement involved, just to get up to code. So I told myself after my lease was up I was going to move. Now whenever it came to something getting fixed mantenience did their jobs with perfection the same day within a few hours. The problems to me was not mantenience it was with management, they were very unprofessional but mantenience did their jobs well. I would stay away from the office period. Recently, the Meadows came under new ownership and management. I call the office and Tia-n- Courtney answers," it's a great day at the Meadow how may I be of service, complete 360. I went to sign my new lease this past week and meet with a young lady, she sat down with me, got to know me on a professional and personal level, I would refer the Meadows to any one looking for anice place to call home. Peace-n-Blessings!!!
i would not recommend living here. Although the neighborhood is quiet but the homes there isn't worth the price they ask for. I've recently moved cause of mold and dry rioted door frames that they wouldn't fix.
