I'd give Vogue more stars than just five.I've been going to Vogue Cleaners since 1991 and I've never had any problems with my laundry. The clothes are ready when promised - even before in a few cases, and they look fabulous. When I point out stains the drycleaner puts a small piece of tape that states "stains". There have been a couple of times stains wouldn't come out but no one else would be able to, either (and I've tried). A few weeks ago I dropped off a white jacket that somehow developed stains on it - like tomato sauce (but I hate tomato sauce). They've had it for a few weeks and each time I drop off other items they show me the jacket and it's looking better and better. I'll be happy if the stains aren't quite as noticeable. For clothing, the turnaround time is quick: drop something off Monday morning and you'll have it by Wednesday after 4:30.The service is professional, friendly, and very courteous. I must be a "regular" customer because they're typing in my name as I enter with articles for cleaning. The prices are very competitive. They're not a drop-off place (as are so many) where the drycleaning is performed elsewhere. If there's a concern the owners are there so you can talk to them.I've seen people of the "starched shirt, grey wool suit"-types that bring in loads of shirts for cleaning. No doubt they live in the high-rent part of town and I'm sure there are drycleaners there, but these people bring their clothing to Vogue. Another service they offer is rug cleaning. I believe that the price (as of November 2016) is $2.00 per square foot and that is comparable to having it done elsewhere. To all the reviewers that had bad experiences I can only say that even the best places have bad days and I'm sorry that it happened to you. (No, I'm not affiliated with them). They also take hangars for re-use/recycling, something handy to know. Those things multiply so quickly!
Dropped off clothes, paid a premium for rush service. Not a problem, I needed done the day I dropped off. Person behind counter said she would call when complete even though my receipt said ready by 4pm. She was going to call because unsure if it would be done there. Not a problem. What is, NO one called me. I went there at 950pm to get clothes and then find out they were complete at 4pm. Un professional behavior. Not to followup as promised. Will be hard pressed to return there and definitely let ppl I know not to go there.
I love this place. I drop off my clothes in the morning every Saturday and pick it up the same day. It is fresh and clean every time. The guy that works there is also really good with stains. I spilled wine over my comforter once and he got it off, like it didn't even happen. Great place, love the family that works there.
I really love everything about this place. I will be back for sure. It's everything you should expect from a dry-cleaners. The staff was great, the location at the new Publix on Mahan is great. I also appreciated the fact they sent me an e-mail letting me know my order was ready. I will be back for sure.
I really like superior 7 they do excellent work I wont go to another cleaners again they are located off s Monroe close to my job I can drop off on my way to work and pick up on way home
Best dry cleaners in Tallahassee by far. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Clothes came back looking like new. I even had a stain on a silk tie they were able to remove.
GOT WHAT I EXPECTED - CLEAN CLOTHES. SERVICE WAS OKAY BUT KIND OF RUDE. WON'T STOP ME FROM USING THEM, BUT I WON'T GO OUT OF MY WAY EITHER.
Great price! Just about everything is $2.99. My clothes were dry cleaned and pressed. The shirts looked great with clean collars and cuffs.
I had an issue with a drop off order. The owner personally called me and took care of it.
It is a must use.... They were very kind, it was a service with a smile.
