Why would I rate a 10 score to recommend Sport Clips to a friend or business associate? There is only one reason; it is because of a skilled, professional, excellent stylist. When I was giving up all hope Jessica K. from the Mahan Village location came in and saved the day. I am a person that likes to change my style and I am open to others ideas of what to do next. When I first meet a new stylist I ask, with out giving any information of my preference, what would they like to do with my hair that is in style? Jessica was the only stylist that came ready to bat! She was the first one to come up with not even a style, BUT an entire plan! During our first interaction Jessica made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. She makes sure that I am her priority when I am in her chair. During our conversation she mentioned about her hopes of moving up in the Sport Clips organization and becoming a trainer. To be honest, I was shocked. Jessica had goals to improve herself and her skill. I do not think that many stylist view their jobs in the same way Jessica does. She sees it as an opprotunity to improve upon the skill that she has. Why would someone want a stylist that is there just for a paycheck when one could have a stylist that instills her skill and passion into her work?! Finally to expound upon the question mentioned about about the 10 rating. I am not rating Sport Clips a 10 at the moment; I am rating Jessica a 10x10! She is the soul reason I still am a client of Sport Clips. I only hope that Sport Clips sees the potential, eagerness, and skill I see in this stylist. As long as Jessica is an employee of Sport Clips I will be a loyal customer. Even when Sport Clips realizes Jessica's value and promotes her to a trainer where she will most likely leave the area or travel I will stay a customer, because I want to support a business that values and promotes its amazing employees! I have been a customer for years at this Pharmacy. Very well served, no complains: I would like to keep it this way. Unfortunately today, Oct.21-2016 I was taken care of as new blond young boy. He had problems locating my medicines, finally he got help from one of the very efficient girls. He delivered my medicines (2) without even offering a bag to pack them in. Furthermore, he handle the medicines saying: -"Here you go "Buddy". I'm 82 years old and deserve some respect; I'm not his buddy. He should go back to school and learn some manners. To him I am "Sir". Thank you for your attention.James X. Gillette
The Brunette lady is always nice and the black dude is super helpful. Only huge compliant is that I live 15 seconds walking distance and they have a bad habit of locking the doors 5-10 mins before closing time. Enough time for me to go in and back to my apartment and back again 2 or 3 times for self checkout. Please remain open for your posted hours.
When I go to pickup I ask the pharmacist for instructions and she gave me a totally different instructions from what my doctor gave me. I asked her to call and talk to the doctor because that's not what he had said to me. Two days laters I come to pick it up and they gave me something different from what they had handed me 2 days before. I paid 47 dollars for something I used for 4 days; I went for my follow up and I was telling my doc how expensive it was for that mini bottle. When I told him that he said that's not what I was suppose to receive. I was suppose to get what they had handed me the first time but with the right instructions. I trusted the pharmacist. That's not all; they NEVER spoke to my doctor. They even admitted that they spoke to someone in the office. Than they try to blame it on the doctor. They won't even refund my money for something I'm not using. Just IMAGINE if it was my childs prescription or yours? Aren't they supposed to look out for the customers intrest?! Not even an I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure you ask your doctor and make sure that if you go to the CVS in 3035 Appalachee Pkwy that you are getting what you need and not some random thing. Your live could be at risk. This can happened to someone that's has some serious allergy reaction to certain medicine and that you might not know what's in it. You just never know.
