I was a patient for 25+ years. Called to make an appointment for a simple routine prescription. The woman on the phone said I wouldn't need to and that I could walk in for it. So I did, only to be told by the staff that an appointment is required. Obviously it's a sign of severe lack of training and care. I get the feeling that because they are a medical practice and that there is little competition in the area, they feel like this excludes them from handling patient(customer) issues properly. Unfortunately it damages their reputation permanently. Mark and Hank should pay attention.

Had fusion back surgery, which was done well. However, no post-surgery follow up in the hospital, cannot get anyone to return phone calls no matter the reason. Difficult to get appointment, wait times in the office are EXTREMELY LONG. Receptionists promise to pass info to the doctors, but they don't. PA's are NEVER at their desks when calls are transferred. They perform lab tests, then never call to give you the results. Difficult to get ANY meds prescribed for severe pain. No follow up whatsoever. Worst months of medical experience I've ever had, in any facility ever! Find a different orthopedic clinic!!!
Wait time is always very long, sometimes I have spent over an hour in the waiting before getting moved to the doctors office when I have an appointment. If you are going there for the first time it takes an extremely long time to get an appointment, unless you know somebody who works there. After surgery the check up appointments were hard for me to schedule and the doctors information was always very unclear. The doctor instructed me to wear the boot then told me I had worn the boot for too long. After a couple of months of PT, with some (but very little improvement) they discharged me without informing me. My chronic pain was made worse after surgery and recovering was prolonged by TOC.
