        Lying and not providing service

        I had a bill over a couple hundred dollars for services that they only provided on paper, after I got the car back and checked it, I saw they the services they charged me for, were not done at all! Faced with this, they said that they "forgot" to do the services, but they still didn't want to give me back my money.
        My serious warning: Stay away from them!

        I went to firestone to get my ...

        I went to firestone to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I thought everything was fine, however I took a trip to Orlando and noticed while there that my oil was leaking. I took it to a mobile station and they checked it out. Apparently firestone put the plug on without putting the gasket back on. They almost completely ruined my car. Stay way from this place at all costs.
