Unhappy Groupon Customer

I bought a coupon from Groupon June 10, 2015 for Cut To A T for a mani-pedi. I have been calling since then to make an appointment! Voicemail has been full everyday! No other number available. Not near my house so I don't want to make a trip there just to make an appointment and then another trip for the service. Requested a refund from Groupon and they are investigating. This is very POOR business dealings! First problem with ordering from Groupon!

I found cut too a t on groupon and bought the cut and highlights. Beverly performed a miracle on my hair. I had not had my hair colored in a while and it was a mess. She cut it and colored it perfectly. I looked like a new woman when she was done. I would recommend cut to a t to anyone.

Awesome for high lights

I went to cut too a t and




I purchased the cut and partial highlights with Beverly Oien through Groupon. I was hesitant because of my past experiences with other salons in the same price range. Overall, the service was good. I am happy with the cut and the color is okay too. I was hoping for something a bit more natural (some of the highlights are thicker than I'd normally get), but Beverly was a pleasure to converse with and I would go back! The salon itself could use a touch up. It was clean, but outdated.




I found Cut Too AT on Groupon about 4 months ago. I was not very comfortable getting services at a salon for a coupla reasons. One being my financial status I just can't afford it and two being everytime I've been to a salon I have come out dissapointed. Tanya has gone beyond anthing I could have imagined. She is extreamly affordable, she treats you like you've been her friend for years as soon as you walk in the door. My hair looks and feels amazing now and so does my daughters. My daughter is 8 years old and is black. I have never been able to give her a style that looks as beautiful as she is. Tanya took care of her too! I now look forward to going to the salon...It's a wonderful new experience for me and my daughter together! Thank You for everything Tanya!


Tonya really is an awesome hair stylist! She takes her time to tell you whats going on with your hair if you have a problem. Even down to the breakdown. I think that's great and I am so thrilled when I walk out of her salon with my new "do"!, very comfortable place, clean and fresh! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!




I was at your salon last week and was pleased with the results. I felt like I was at home. The salon was nice and big and clean. The stylist made me feel comfortable and did exactly what I asked for I wished I had found this place a long time ago. Can not wait to return.

We are an updated and personal hair salon that does all phases of hair . We use Redken color. As logo says We Love To Make Your Style.




I am new to Tallahassee and was worried about my hair. A friend at work told me about Cut too a t. I was worried about my color due to I did not know what my stylist did. I went in and talked to the owner about my color and haircut. She had a lot of experience and I could tell by the way she explained how and what she was going to do. I actually got educated about hair and the color which was never explained to me before. That made me feel so comfortable. I am so happy that I found this salon. The owner Tanya is awesome!!! I will definitely be back. Thank you for you patience with me.




So I walk in 5 minutes before my appointment time and the only chairs in the waiting area are plastic lawn chairs (seriously - there is a Target not even a mile away...go get some nice chairs!). The owner is working on a customer (hair color). She is still in the beginning stages. I sigh since I know its gonna take forever to get my haircut now but the owner assures me it won't be long and she will work me into the mix. Then ANOTHER customer walks out from the back who is also in the middle of getting her hair colored. I realize this is going to take forever and ask if I can come back since I have some errards to run. The owner/stylist was grateful and I returned an hour later. Both customers were still there and one customer was even blow drying her own hair while the owner washed the other customers hair. I sigh again knowing this is going to still take forever. Then the other customer starts to complain that her highlights look yellow. And yep, sure enough they do look yellow. I decided to take this as a sign and left. She might be an excellent hair stylist (I didn't let her touch my hair) but triple booking an appointment is a huge no no!
