Oh I wish I could go back in time and not use this place. My mother-in-law died five months ago and we still don't have her very simple, low-detail headstone. Lately, the answer has been "It'll be out on the next truck". Two weeks later: "It'll be out on the next truck." This is after they've said that the company making the stone broke it once already. If you ever can get someone on the phone, they tell you they call their customers every Tuesday to give updates. We have not ever, not a single time, gotten a phone call that we didn't initiate, usually the response of multiple attempts to get "Angela" on the phone. I cannot recommend this place. I would have paid twice what they charged to just not be given the runaround and have some very basic customer service. The sad thing is, it isn't necessary. Just be honest with people about what to expect and they won't be unhappy.

Dropped the Ball

They handled my dad's cremation and we subsequently buried him at a national cemetery with military honors. Culley's was supposed to order the honors but they neglected to do it. Had the person with the cemetery not been on top of things, none would have been ordered. If you use them, don't assume they are on top of everything.

We just redesigned! Do you like it?
