        Overall

        lied about needing new trim cap and faces on sign. sent poor photos that did not show the true condition of the sign so i had store mgr send photos which showed that they were absolutely lying.
        They cost us an extra $300 but could have cost us $9,000 if i had not found out they were being dishonest.
