Tyler went above and beyond to assist my daughter with finding housing in a responsive and efficient manner. He was professional and very customer focused.
The service has been good so far. I have not had any problems that haven't went unsolved. Thank you!!
Do to any problems I have had at any given time at Monterey Apartments has held their end. I have never had any problems they have help me out at any convenience. My apartment has been tip top shape since the day I moved in, Ive been resident since 2014.
My overall experience has been a success never been anywhere that makes you feel at home. I really appreciate everything that they have done for me even the customer service is A+++++. Love it, Thank you!!!!
I, as a tenant at LandSouth Apartment Grey Stone has really received the upmost satisfaction that any person would want everything about LandSouth Properties. They get a five star in my book. Keep up the good work and thank you!!
The first year my daughter moved in there was no problems. I would of gave it 5 stars. The second year (2015-2016) was a different story. They have sold ALL of the parking spots so visitors, especially overnights, have no where to park. Getting your own parking spot for your car is a problem. You can park in paid parking spots first hour free only. If you get a guess parking pass than make sure they are VERY clear on where you need to park. Our son was towed with a pass. My husband and I were towed and we had to walk in the rain to a very dark and dingy place to get our brand new car. Also DO NOT rent from there if you are graduating during the summer semester at FSU. They won't let you pay to stay an extra week and the leasing manager will be VERY rude and tell you the only way to stay another week is sign the lease for another year. Considering people can't move in until way past Aug. 1st this really shouldn't of been a problem. I blame the new management.
This is the worst place. DO NOT LEASE HERE. Illegal car towing monthly. They have no feeling or regard for students. You will wait weeks for maintenance. You have been warned!
My roommate and I have had a great experience with RPS so far. When we first moved in, we had a few maintenance concerns, but they were all taken care of only a few days after putting in the request. Since then, it has been a pleasure to have maintenance over, they are always very sweet and a joy to talk to. You can tell they take pride in their job and genuinely care about making your living situation more enjoyable. Everybody in the office is great too! Every time we turn in our rent I am really impressed that they remember our names, ask about our pets, how school is going, etc. because they manage so many properties with so many different people! I definitely feel like RPS makes it a point to build relationships with its renters, and you don't find that everywhere.
The apartment I moved in was infested with fleas. It has been over two months and we still have fleas. The office is hard to work with and continue to delay this process of fixing the problem. Parking is horrible and the place is student run which just means you cannot get anything accomplished. It is not worth living here for the amount you pay. You can get somewhere more worth your money.
These aren't even close to being cottages!! The lies 385rent tells, ridiculous. These are 1br/1bath apartments thrown together to make use of some extra space at College Square apts. Beware new students! Beware incoming freshman! This is a horrible place to live at no matter how cheap the "deals" are being advertised to be. The price doesn't offset the issues with bugs, horrendous roommate matching and severe lack of customer service by REMACC/385Rent. These people will give you a nice smile and send you packing with nothing to show for your efforts. OH, and visitor parking is horrendous! Hope your friends like getting towed after nightfall.
