I've never used this company and I based on how I witnessed the owner, Jacob Staack, treat a front desk clerk at the local UPS Customer Center, I never will. He belittled the woman behind the counter and called her worthless and lazy because his package was not delivered due to a mistake with the address. Whether this was his mistake, her mistake or the delivery person's mistake, nobody should be yelled at or humiliated in front of customers like this. If this is how he handles himself when attempting to solve an issue as simple as an undelivered package, I would hate to see his business practices.

Came out to look at doing a vehicle wrap. The first draft was so bad, I said I would go elsewhere. He got mad and began harassing and threatening me to pay him $100. I offered to pay $50 as a win win gesture. He called and verbally accepted $50 and once he got my card number charged me $100.
lied about needing new trim cap and faces on sign. sent poor photos that did not show the true condition of the sign so i had store mgr send photos which showed that they were absolutely lying.They cost us an extra $300 but could have cost us $9,000 if i had not found out they were being dishonest.
I work for a large company that uses Apogee to put graphics on our fleet of 50+ vehicles. 3 months ago I had them do a marquee sign for safety awareness. Almost everything on it had a flaw. Rails cracked, letters would fall through and not stay put etc. I figured since we pay thousands of dollars to them for their services that someone would remedy this problem ASAP. Wrong! These unprofessional rapscallions have yet to even look at my sign after 3 MONTHS!! I am amazed that a company with such awful customer service can remain in business. Would not recommend.
They are fast and efficient! The final always comes out just as described. They can even do things you wouldn't think of. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family who need signs.

I made my appointment for 11:45, and was called in by 12:00, not bad considering the waiting room was PACKED with people. The woman helping me was surprisingly nice. She sat me down, asked which arm I preferred, and drew the blood. I was in and out in two minutes!It was only my second experience having blood drawn, so I was scared, but it wasn't so bad after all :)
