Please stay away from this store. They perform illegal activity allowing people to access and make 1200 worth of changes who are not authorized user on the account. They won't reach out to me and they only care about commission on selling phones. The person who sold this phone Johnathon hung up on customer service when we were conference in trying to call the store. So very unprofessional. Verizon has tried to be excellent but unfortunately this is a third party store so important news if your a Verizon user only buy from a Verizon corporate store there are alot because then they can do so much more to help you verses these fly by night stores who don't care at all. Not sure how these people at this store sleep at night performing such unethical activity which affects people livelihood.
This company is awful unprofessional and unethical. They allowed an unauthorized user to make 1200 changes to my account. They of course won't reach out to me and when Verizon tried to reach out to them conference with me on the phone the person who sold the phone jonothan rudely hung up on us. I would advise to stay far away from this store and there illegal activity.
Can get in and out in a matter of minutes! The location does not have enough parking! Dangerous area for a business!
This company allows there employees to perform illegal activity making changes to Verizon accounts when the person had no assess to make changes. When approached and contacted by Verizon and myself the employees hung up emoyees involved johnothan and Rebecca. Very unethical and unprofessional. Stay far away from cellular sales.
This store is unethical and there doing illegal business with allowing people to make changes to accounts that are not authorized to do changes. The associate Johnathon was horrible hung up on myself and Verizon and Rebecca refused all contact. Don't do business with this horrible store.
Don't do business here! Total additional price for upgrading my phone at this center $55 plus 2.5 hours getting 'required' insurance removed. The story:I went in to upgrade my wife's phone based on the positive google map reviews. People were nice. I enjoyed the experience... until:After transferring the number a $35 non-refundable program and set-up fee' was added and even if I'd returned the phone at that point. Then, we were told we would be charged $12 monthly, that couldn't be taken off my bill but I could call Verizon and get it removed (hassle but worth it). Then when the Verizon bill came we had the monthly charge plus a $20 'upgrade fee' (never previously stated to us).None of these additional fees were charged last month when I upgraded an identical phone at the Apple Store in Jacksonville. My advice, do as little business with Verizon as you can. This is the best experience I've had with Verizon.
This place is sleazy. Incident 1: Two years ago I went in with a dead Blackberry battery. They told me the phone was old and Sprint did not even carry, nor could they order, the battery. They proceeded to try to sell me a new phone with of course a new service agreement. Instead of signing up or buying a new phone, i drove to the Monroe street store and asked the same question. The staff member went into the back, retrieved a free brand new battery for me, and told me to have a great day! I was there less then a minute.Incident 2: Now this year I went back in as a drop has killed by old Blackberry. I saw a phone they were offering for free with a 2 year commitment , but I was told that phone did not work with my plan. They proceeded to try to sell and lease me a different phone for lots of dough.Knowing this store I called Sprint national, and of course the phone is free and does work with my plan. So now I have the new phone with no money out of pocket.I am telling you sleazy Governor Square store.
