Suits were brought back with a nasty chemical odor. They didn’t want to fix it and lied saying they put up signs saying “No refunds, no redos”. Despicable.
Clothes came back smelling awful, after two attempts. I still had to pay and I was very disappointed. My suits now smell HORRIBLE.
I got kicked out of a dry cleaners! They damaged a shirt, I bought the item to repair it,asked the help of the manager who turned out to be the owner and was told they would not fix the damage they caused. No apology,no offer of refund,no acknowledgement that no one told me they damaged it. Found it when I got home. I was told to read the exclusions on the wall. I told her I thought she wasn’t handling this in a professional manner she told me she heard it all before and she had plenty of customers. After exiting I opened the door to tell her how sorry I was this was handled so poorly and she told me not to come in to her store and pointed for me to leave, never been treated so disrespectfully. I guess the stories I’ve heard about this woman are true. Please don’t support mean people.
Tephanie W who has worked the front desk at the Mahan Dr location is always so nice and friendly! She is a real asset to your business. Although I do not do a lot of drycleaning, I've been using your cleaners for over 10 years and am always pleased with the result.
All around awful experience. My pants were double creased and my clothes had a very unpleasant chemical odor. Their price is cheap because the quality is cheap.
Best dry cleaners in Tallahassee by far. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Clothes came back looking like new. I even had a stain on a silk tie they were able to remove.
I'd give Vogue more stars than just five.I've been going to Vogue Cleaners since 1991 and I've never had any problems with my laundry. The clothes are ready when promised - even before in a few cases, and they look fabulous. When I point out stains the drycleaner puts a small piece of tape that states "stains". There have been a couple of times stains wouldn't come out but no one else would be able to, either (and I've tried). A few weeks ago I dropped off a white jacket that somehow developed stains on it - like tomato sauce (but I hate tomato sauce). They've had it for a few weeks and each time I drop off other items they show me the jacket and it's looking better and better. I'll be happy if the stains aren't quite as noticeable. For clothing, the turnaround time is quick: drop something off Monday morning and you'll have it by Wednesday after 4:30.The service is professional, friendly, and very courteous. I must be a "regular" customer because they're typing in my name as I enter with articles for cleaning. The prices are very competitive. They're not a drop-off place (as are so many) where the drycleaning is performed elsewhere. If there's a concern the owners are there so you can talk to them.I've seen people of the "starched shirt, grey wool suit"-types that bring in loads of shirts for cleaning. No doubt they live in the high-rent part of town and I'm sure there are drycleaners there, but these people bring their clothing to Vogue. Another service they offer is rug cleaning. I believe that the price (as of November 2016) is $2.00 per square foot and that is comparable to having it done elsewhere. To all the reviewers that had bad experiences I can only say that even the best places have bad days and I'm sorry that it happened to you. (No, I'm not affiliated with them). They also take hangars for re-use/recycling, something handy to know. Those things multiply so quickly!
Great price! Just about everything is $2.99. My clothes were dry cleaned and pressed. The shirts looked great with clean collars and cuffs.
Very dissatisfied with this company. I gave them a brand new lab coat that had never been worn to be pressed. When I picked it up it was stained in two areas with a note attached saying they were sorry & the stain can't be removed. I contact customer service several times and never got a call back. I called daily to speak to the manager & they were never there. Everyday I was told they were aware of the problem and they were going to call me back the next day but never did I receive a call. A week later after telling them I was going to call the BBB I was told my lab coat was there to be picked up. They "magically' got the stain out. The customer service is disgraceful and I will never enter any of these affiliated cleaners due to the extremely poor customer service or should I say, the lack of customer service. They apparently don't care about ruining brand new clothes or assisting brand new customers. My first and very last time at this business. Be very careful!
Dropped off clothes, paid a premium for rush service. Not a problem, I needed done the day I dropped off. Person behind counter said she would call when complete even though my receipt said ready by 4pm. She was going to call because unsure if it would be done there. Not a problem. What is, NO one called me. I went there at 950pm to get clothes and then find out they were complete at 4pm. Un professional behavior. Not to followup as promised. Will be hard pressed to return there and definitely let ppl I know not to go there.
