It is impossible to contact them by phone, email, or even by regular US mail. I have tried all 3 to find out the balance of a loan, and they refuse to respond. They want customers to physically go to them at their convenience like it is 1800 and the phone has not been invented yet. Absolute worst bank in town.

I would just have to say that I have never experienced more incompetence than at the trust company at this bank. The trustee we were assigned couldn't do minimal accounting or administration despite years of experience. They claim to have great customer service but forget basic courtesy such as returning phone calls. If you dare to try and push back so they do their jobs the response is retaliation and abusive behavior. I wish I was exaggerating but I am not. Obviously at this time I wouldn't trust them to care for a loved one, nor would I suggest placing any amount of money for them to manage. I hope someone from the Ausley / Smith families takes note and makes some changes. Some of your staff are doing things that reflect very poorly on everyone at your bank and it needs to get fixed.
