I had a sad experience today at Honda. I have had a honda ever since I was 16 and absolutely couldn't say anything bad about it. Today I got a flat tire and had to come get service. When I walked in nobody helped me. A lady started typing in the computer not even asking the situation. She had the biggest attitude when me and my mom started asking questions. She then talked to my dad on the phone and made faces of attitude like we were being a bother INFRONT of me and my mom while on the phone with my dad. I don't get why people are rude, like this is your job. Again, I love my Honda but wish they had caring customer service.
