This is a warning to you, the doctors are great their support staff is too stupid to even qualify as a joke. I have to fight with these morons over a 2 medications every 20 days so it can be refilled they sent the last prescription to an entirely different company and I was forced to track it down. They do not return calls as it took them 3 days to return my call so please unless you have no other option look elsewhere.

Their staff is terrible. There are more people that work in the front office, then there are physicians. The doctor's are fine. However, you also need a good staff that knows what there doing, and because of that they will lose my business. They get a (Zero)
While Dr. Peele is knowledgeable and experienced doctor, his office staff is the epitome of UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!! And I highly question the medical staff's credentials. From my observations, there are more assistants than actual licensed nurses or registered nurses. I do not feel confident that these people have proper medical training to care for anyone's child. The staff stands in the back and smokes, and they are unclean, i.e. do not wash or sanitize hands between patients. I have a rather lengthy example of why you should not leave your care to these characters. Let's just say that I'll be filing an official complaint with the Florida Board of Nursing.
Keep looking.....My son has been a patient of Dr. Deeb for several years now. Because let's face it there are not that many pediatric endocrinologist here in Tallahassee. I have to admit, it has always been difficult to make appointments. Partly because they are closed so much throughout the weeK. Our appointments usually require us to wait for 1.5 hours and usually only spend about 30 or less with the Doctor. And if you should have to reschedule your appointment, well they will not refil any prescriptions. So if you have a child with type 1 diabetes please keep this in mind when reschedualling an appointment. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that has an office with better customer service skills and a doctor with a better bedside manor.
The customer service at this facility is horrible & the staff are rude and unprofessional! They are not concerned about the well being of the children and are very unprofessional, unskilled, and disrespectful. The front office staff in particular are lacking all of the necessary customer service skills that should be apart of common courtesy. I will never take my children back to that facility again!
my wife has indometriosious and she went up there cause she was in acute pain and doctor refused to scan her to see if it has spread he said it was a waste of his time how is one persons life a waste of a doctors time this is crazy i can assure u this i wont ever go there again and i strongly urge u not to eighter the doctors name is roger menze..
Dr. Randall is very nice and seems very interested in taking care of your medical needs. Don't go there. Even when you tell her your previous doctor (retired) warned you that you were "borderline" diabetic, she'll tell you there's no such thing. She does not follow-up on "what was to me apparent", diabetes. Within a few months, she found out I was (as I was told 9 months later) "full-blown diabetic". Nine months prior, I was told twice my blood work was good. However, I received a call telling me I needed to come in to the office I was diabetic. Don't figure!!!! Now, I've asked twice to have my medical records sent to my new doctor (Dr. Taing), and his office told me they are sending the request back to them for the third time. (Don't figure!!) Now you've been warned, I'm only 74 years old, and this is the first time I've ever complained about a doctor, how blessed I am. Mamie Justice
