On 05/10/17 I purchased a vehicle or thought I purchased a vehicle from Capital Eurocars Inc a division of Crown Auto Group located at 3705 W Tennessee St, Tallahassee, FL 32304, a (2017 MB E300 ) with $10,000 as cash down. After completing the paperwork with finance person Billy Strickland I was told that I would receive copies of signed documents via email, it took almost 60 days to receive them. I was told by the finance person at the dealership on 05/11/17 that First Commerce Credit Union was the lender that would service my loan. After waiting a couple of weeks I contacted my salesman and asked when I would be getting my paperwork and when my first payment would be due. The salesman said he would check on it and get back with me, which he did not do. June of 2017 I called the salesman to get an update and I was then told that First Commerce had not accepted my loan. I was also told that the finance person Billy Strickland, who was working my loan quit on May 12, 2017, and my loan and several others were left undone. Additionally, the financial services manager Mandy Barnard, ran my credit on 06/26/17 (2) and 06/29/17 (1) without my consent causing my FICO score to fall. After asking dealer to refrain from pulling my credit at the end of June 2017, they pulled my credit 3 more time in July 2017. This may be a widespread example of predatory practices and lending by Capital Eurocars Inc. My cars that were traded in were sold and I am afraid I will lose my money that was put down. This dealership is not working in my best interest. This is the second Mercedes Benz I have owned or attempted to own and the Mercedes Benz brand has been severely tarnished in my eyes. I was ignored by management repeatedly at Capital Eurocars Inc a division of Crown Auto Group . The Florida Department of Motor Vehicles, Department of Financial Services & Department of Agriculture are investigating the matter.
I had a sad experience today at Honda. I have had a honda ever since I was 16 and absolutely couldn't say anything bad about it. Today I got a flat tire and had to come get service. When I walked in nobody helped me. A lady started typing in the computer not even asking the situation. She had the biggest attitude when me and my mom started asking questions. She then talked to my dad on the phone and made faces of attitude like we were being a bother INFRONT of me and my mom while on the phone with my dad. I don't get why people are rude, like this is your job. Again, I love my Honda but wish they had caring customer service.
The staff is great and professional. They had the car to meet my budget and they were willing to take a reasonable down payment on the car I purchased based on my income. Great experience and would definitely recommend to all my friends if they are ever in need of a car.
Mr. Corey answered all questions and was very considerate at all times and very personable and not pushy which was very good for me since this is the first time. I’ve done anything since my husband past away ago .
